great pool, great view

the property is brand new. super close to Ostuni (you can walk to get there) and has everything one can dream of: comfortable bed, relaxing location and infinity pool

The breakfast was served on our private terrace at the time we chose. It was very nice.

The driveway leading up to the property ws rough as we had a fugoncino, but as can be expected in the beautiful naturl countryside.

What an beautiful place we stayed in.The room was lovely opening out into our own courtyard which had sundowners and table and chairs where we sat every morning for our breakfast which was believed to us every morning fab pool .it's about 6 minutes from ostuini but take note a car is a must .taxi are very expensive €50 to ostuini. Cannot wait to go back The pool was fab with a back drop overlooking ostuini or the sea

The property is truly unique- a gem of minimal architecture with stunning pool and view of Ostuni. Sparkling clean, very Insta friendly in every little custom designed detail (even for breakfast!). Secluded from everything and from the other rooms, barely no contact with the staff... if you want to be in peace this is the place!

Wifi was barely nonexistent. Huge steel doors are very nice but sometimes quite heavy/ hard to open or close

Great location outside Ostuni with panoramic views of the town and down to the sea. Very stylish, minimalist accommodation with curtained, sliding glass wall opening onto private patio area. Only four or five units, but we were the only guests when we stayed. Infinity pool. Pomegranates growing in the garden. Stunning views of Ostuni by night and by day. Breakfast ordered on arrival and delivered next morning at requested time.

The shower is not enclosed, so wets the decking floor in the bathroom and the toilet seat. Beautifully minimalist but not necessarily practical!

The property is in the perfect location to Ostuni, on the right side of town and a 5 minute drive to a parking area a few minutes walk to the main piazza. The SP 21 which is the main road off the property takes you straight to the sea. Having a private courtyard gives you a sense of space and freedom so you feel it is your own private villa rather than a hotel room and the pool is the perfect place to relax with a view to the sea. Clean lines and contemporary design makes for a good contrast but in the spirit to the traditional architecture of the area.

Sometimes Architect's tricky details might look interesting but don't work, like the bedhead that moves and rattles every time you move in the bed, open showers great concept outdoors but in a small areas everything gets wet so it become a performance act trying to shower.

Gorgeous property with a magnificent view on the old town of Ostuni. We were welcomed by the friendly owner who customised to our needs (we had an early morning flight back home and were given a breakfast basket). The pool area is a fabulous environment, same goes for the private garden area. You must love cats though, since there a few of them who love to get cuddles play :)

The idea of the layout of the bathroom is good in theory, but a bit unpractical since the floor, wall and toilet are soaked after a shower.
