Very basic set up room was not clean, wifi not working, small room

We were impressed by the size of the room which was more than adequate for 2 adults and 1 child. The restaurant was nice and I made use of the Treadmill often. Airport shuttle was great.

Perhaps another restaurant, the AC unit in the Master Bedroom was not working as well as the other two mini spits.

They are a scam. Did not liked anything. Worst hotel experience ever. Never stay here!

This hotel is a scam! Never book here and do not waste your money. To start with very unprofessional rude staff, and the hotel was very dirty and rooms had used tissues in the floor from previous guests! The bathrooms were very dirty and unhygienic to use! There were no toiletries provided, no shampoo or soap! They also didn’t provide spare sponges or slippers. When we asked for toiletries the staff didn't promptly provide us, later they bought cheap local soap and gave us! Extremely disappointed! We ordered dinner for the night, and the food they provided us was extremely unhealthy, probably days old and was uneatable, and they charged us about $100 for that! This was a joke! We booked rooms with breakfast and upon checkin we told the receptionist that we will check out tomorrow morning early due to flight so please have breakfast ready for us, but the next morning when we went to the dining area it was closed and the staff were sleeping! Later when we told the receptionist, he told us that it was small mistake of theirs! Can you image it? This place is a complete scam! After all this extremely bad experiences when orderd some water, they said they will charge us for water! Long story short, never stay here and do not waste your money! People should report this place to the police or authority for scaming general public. Booking.com should ban this hotel and remove from there site!

The rooms are not properly cleaned. Had dirty towel in the washroom. Bedsheets and blankets are old and worn out. On our three day stay, they did not clean the room once. Did not have hot water in shower.
