Wir mussten zweimal früh aufstehen, so dass wir nicht in den Genuss eines Frühstücks kamen. Es wurde uns als Ersatz ein Fresspäckli mitgegeben, dass etwas mager ausfiel. Jedoch besser als gar nichts :;-).

Für chilenische Verhältnisse schon recht teuer, auch wenn es ein toll eingerichtetes Boutique-Hotel ist.

The location of the hotel is perched up on the hill overlooking everything with a beautiful view. The staff is incredible. Valentina was so hospitable in welcoming us and helping us settle in. The staff was incredibly flexible and accommodating, and they were so helpful with even the simplest of requests. The rooms are gorgeous, clean, and cozy. The restaurant on-site is one of the best places we have eaten in all of Chile and Argentina. You can’t go wrong with this stay!

What a beautiful, cleverly designed boutique hotel. We loved the history, the reclaimed materials, the warm welcome. At the restaurant attached we had one of the finest meals we ate during weeks in South America. Excellent breakfast included.

Extraordinary service from Valentina and her team, they were wonderful - caring, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The restaurant is a star above, delicious and extensive menu, best views in the city. A real delight!

Everything was perfect - not a single negative.

The staff were very nice at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and the restaurant food is incredible we went there twice. The rooms are well kept and very spacious. We stayed here both times we came through Punta Arenas on our trip. 10/10
