Номер. Насколько я поняла, была проведена реновация. Номер очень чистый, ванная полностью новая. Матрасы, подушки, одеяла и полотенца - все новое и свежее. Отдельная благодарность англо-говорящим сотрудникам отеля. Это ценно.

Завтрака такого как на фото нет вообще! Это не приемлемо, обещан завтрак шведский стол, но на самом деле вы завтракаете в какой то кладовке, совсем не уютной и еду выбираете галочками на бумажке и вам выносят вашу тарелку. Сама еда вкусная. Но антуража, представленного на фото нет. Все старинно меблированные комнаты предоставленные на фотографиях отеля, также отсутствуют или приведены в такое состояние, что сидеть вы там не будете.

The location was perfect for walking about Punta Arenas. The hotel staff did a great job and the wonderful lady at the front desk went out of her way to see we had a great stay. We stayed several nights before we departed on our Fly the Drake adventure.

I can't think of any way to improve the facility.
