This is a pleasant clean guest house

The location is not good. There are homeless people, drunks and drug addicts on the same street. Across the road is a strip night club that plays very loud music all night long. Although the accommodation is very nice the area is not.

this is for „Patagonia standard“ a middle class hotel - so it’s not luxury! yes the walls are thin, but what did you expect for your money European (especially German) Travellers ;) we loved the stay!

I arranged my arrival time according to this hotel checkin time, on my way to the hotel, I got message from the hotel asking about my arrival time and replied with 2-3PM, and I was told that the reception service there will be no reception service after 4PM. I arrived around 3PM, and the door was locked, I knocked on the door for a while finally a cleaning lady who understand no English opened the door for me, and handled the checkin. The room assigned to me looks like an addition, the toilet was not working, I had to fixed it myself but the water fills back very slowly. I noticed that there were no other people in the hotel besides the cleaning lady and me, I asked to change the room as there were plenty rooms not occupied. The host said I have to pay more even though the room I wanted to change to is also single bed, then I asked to leave with cancellation penalty as I can’t stay in a hotel without any service and people. the host agreed and I found another good one nearby. I think this one is a hostal, not hotel from facility and service perspectives.

Our bus arrived late, reception stayed open for us and communicated with us until midnight and even sent a taxi to collect us from the bus station at 2 am. Clean, quality bedding Great service!

The staff was so helpful and friendly, we were one of the few guests but they still put a lot of effort in the breakfast. They also spontaneously gave us information about things to do in the area. An ideal stay when passing for or from Puerto Natales!

Roberto went out of his way to make sure I wss comfortable, even offering to help with a packed lunch the day before my big day tour to Torres Del Paine. The breakfasts were delicious with a few different options and laid out in a really beautiful way.

It could have just been me but sometimes the key would stick. It was essy to fix and didn't stop me getting into my room.
