Very clean facilities and very helpful staff

Really nice hotel, seems newly refurbished. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly also. It was located close to restaurants, bars and shops in central Punta Aeenas

Breakfast for the next morning was in the fridge in the room when I arrived. The room had a kitchen and a dining table, so I liked the idea. But that inherently means that choice was limited

It was really just a spot to rest our head for the night and it was a nice place to stay

It is in an EXCELENT location! Very close to everything. Short walk to shops restaurants/bars and the city main square. Very helpful man at the front desk!

Very comfortable Apartment and exceptionally clean. Really comfortable bed and very quiet. Good kitchen facilities. A large supermarket 5 minutes away. Good WIFI. Breakfast contents are left in the room every evening. it’s a small breakfast but can be topped up from the Supermarket. also location is really close to the center.

Nothing really

Great location especially if you have business at the port like meeting a ship or going on a cruise ship. It is a short walk to the port as well to restaurants. The staff was great and helpful. The room comes with a few snacks and a mini fridge with ingredients for a breakfast sandwich. The room was a good size. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was very close to the port. Staffs were kind, and they had everything I needed in the hotel. The room was clean and comfy.

Apart Hotel with fresh breakfast goods (eggs, bread, cheese, ham, yoghurt, juice, milk, tea, coffee, butter, jam) left to make own. Perfectly suited our needs as we had an early flight. Very clean and spacious with near blockout blinds.

A lot of street noise, not a quiet room. Parking was full and the reception could not offer advice for on-street parking charges. When they say they offer breakfast, they mean they put basic and few ingredients in the fridge for you to make it on your own. Very inflexible: we asked for a 30-60 mins late check-out. Although the room was free for the next day, we were asked to pay half day’s rate.

Incredible value. Super clean and modern apartment with a well stocked breakfast left in the fridge. Comfortable bed, plenty of space and good parking too. Very centrally located.

Very minor detail, it would be nice to have some posters or artworks on the walls.

everything was exactly as described in the listing. everything was clean, well stocked and the location felt safe and convenient. the best water pressure and shower I found in all of chile!

Location and garage

The Wi-Fi was horrendous. We were given an option with 8 possible internet connection, but 80% of them didn’t work and the other 20% dropped the signal every 10 minutes. We got better Wi-Fi at Torres del Paine (in the middle of nowhere) than we got in this property. I’m really disappointed with that as I had to go to a coffee house if I needed to send/receive an email.

There is no lift (yet) so we had to carry luggage up the stairs.
