Location, Beefys Resturant, expensive but good food

The, Bed worn out springs. not queen size, only thin sheets., Heating didn't work, duvet only a double size in king size bed. 17 degrees inside and air con on all over the building, DIRTY uncleaned for weeks self service coffee machine in breakfast. Asked manager to clean it. (Two machines) only one cleaned. Basically a poor experience, and an embarrassment to the Hilton group

Location was very convenient, close to the city , shopping, and the park. Clean, and good size room. And a friendly staff. Great option to attend gym at my convenience, 24/7. Great choice of breakfast, you could find what you like.

Only down size was one key card, if my partner wanted to go to gym I had to stay at room otherwise I would not be able to go back in the room if I left

Liked the bathroom and general size of the room, it was comfortable

Beds were two singles together so had a big uncomfortable middle section that had a dip. No shower gel and only found out half way through a shower which was annoying and when we arrived our room must have been 30d… far too hot so had to wait hours for the air con to kick in and get it to a comfortable 20d. I’d expect that in a premier inn not in a Hilton.

Outside space in bar/restaurant area was not the best, very basic, made for smokers.

Il front desk è gestito da personale competente e professionale. La colazione molto buona anche se non superiore ad altri hotel anche meno costosi. I servizi sono presenti ma la spa è a pagamento e la palestra ha la temperatura impostata a 19 gradi.

Da un Hilton ti aspetti che la camera sia perfetta, invece non c'era il frigorifero (non che fosse vuoto, proprio mancava), in tutti i profili la moquette era sporca ed impolverata e non ho ricevuto il set di cortesia. Dopo averlo chiesto una prima volta ho ricevuto solo una saponetta ed il sapone per il corpo, ho dovuto chiederlo una seconda volta per ricevere lo shampoo ma nient'altro.

No shampoo or conditioner in the bottles. Had to wash long bleached hair with body gel!

The TV needs upgrading. Mini fridge should be available ( not only on demand). Room service did not replace dirty glasses. Toilet tissue low quality. Shower gel dispenser was empty.

Great staff. Pet friendly but £35 a night. Restaurant menu available in bar area too - pet friendly if you ask nicely. Free parking

I had the Liver from the restaurant menu, it wasn't very nice. The bathroom could have been better maintained - black mold stains in grout around shower tiles. My wife was bitten in three seperate places by some kind of insect in the room/bed during the night.

Very thin blankets on bed Mineral water charged as extra Asked for but did not receive VAT invoice - I booked via Booking.com but their website advises that invoices are issued by the hotel itself

Exorbitant charges to use leisure facilities/ spa. No biscuits!!! Horrible little old fashioned plastic milk containers. Poor quality tea bags. Only one chair in the room. Not a great choice in the restaurant and it did smell a bit of old oil. Quite expensive for the level of cuisine. Entrance area bleak.

Could have done with more little touches in the room and a redo of the bathroom which was ok but could have easily felt more luxurious

Herberge in einem Stadion...Mal etwas anderes...das Frühstück war sehr gut, Essen im Restaurant war auch lecker.

Das Zimmer war wirklich nicht sauber. Überall lagen Krümel vom Vorgänger und Staub herum. Auch die Toilette war noch verschmutzt. Das Wasser auf dem Zimmer hat extra gekostet.

Upgraded to Presidents suite and incredibly spacious and enjoyable room.

Bed was incredible, view was gorgeous, staff were lovely. Bartender made me the best cosmopolitan I've ever had! Bathroom was lovely too. Grounds were stunning!

Couple of tea stains by the bin but it was fine, nothing a wet wipe didn't fix :)
