1. Location was great, right next to the beach 2. The apartment had a great view to the sea and the nessebar golf, had two balconies. 3. Pool area was nice and clean with many plants. 4. The restaurant was close and with a beautifull view to the sea, food was good, serving was decent. 5. The beach area was also pleasant with its own restaurant. 6. The stuff updated the kitchen accesories after complaining about them using google translate :)

1. Stuff does not speak english or german at all. Communication was though. 2. Even if we booked with free parking there was no guaranteed parking spot, the first time we left the parking it was occupied immediately and needed to search for other parking spots in the area afterwards. 3. Cleaning was bad. The room was not cleaned properly initially. After complaining several times it was not cleaned properly either. The cleaning stuff did not do anything on its own, we needed to show them where and what to do. 4. Shower cabin had a missing door and water was not flowing down. They were not able to fix it in 10 days. 5. For the price payed services were at a very low level

Excellent place for familly summer holidays. Close to the sea, huge pools, restaurant nearby and a very quite tourist resort.

Big spacious rooms, next to the beach. Clean rooms, big pools, beautiful gardens. I recommend the restaurant Casa Verde (right on the location).

Expensive sunbeds and umbrellas 10 Leva for each, but this is a managed by another company. There is also free beach. You need to push for parking, otherwise can be a bit uncomfortable to find a parking spot.

Terrace was worderful with a view to the garden and swimming pool. It was nice place for gathering and spending time together with a family

The location, is right at the beach The rooms are very big, spacious, we had a 3 bedroom accomodation with 2 bathroom for 5 adults and 1 toddler. The view from the main terrace was amaizing, the sea woth Nessebar view was right in front of us. The cleaning ladies were very frendly and also the lady from the front desk was very kind.

We don't have any negative points to express

The place has a very nice feeling to it and is very nicely done. The apartment was spacious, overlooking the beautiful inside yard with two nicely designed pools and a beautiful garden. I personally quite liked just looking at the pool and garden from the balcony. The place is very close to the beach. We could make it down from our apartment to the beach in around a minute. This was very handy because we have small children and this way we could always go up and down between beach and apartment as we needed with them. We had the kids' grandparents with us and because everything is so close one could always hop in the pool or the sea or go for a coffee while the rest of the gang was still in the apartment or doing something else. Generally you can say that the hotel was made/designed very nicely, with an eye for aesthetics. All staff we met was extremely helpful and nice.

Bad WiFi and cellphone reception. Wifi in the apartment was bad and sometimes it did not work at all. Cellphone reception was weak which is not the hotel's fault of courses. On the balcony I got ok reception though. No closet in the main bedroom, only in the 2nd bedroom. A few small things where rusty/broken in the apartment and in the hotel in general. While the staff was super helpful and fixed immediately what was broken in the apartment when we arrived, we wonder why there is no culture of fixing what is broken in the hotel, for example: lamps along the path through the garden or the very broken stairs down to the beach. And why doesn't house keeping notice that there is something very obviously broken and in the bathroom and informs the janitorial staff? We are very happy with our stay, but think this is not normal for a hotel. Most hotels would not like that it is the guests who have to inform them about broken shower heads, rusty shower shelf etc. Also there are no ramps on the way to the buildings only stairs. There are elevators in the buildings, but that seems almost pointless with all the stairs before the buildings. If you have kids in prams or need can't do stairs for other reasons, ask for a room in one of the few buildings which can be reached without climbing stairs.

I was in there for the 3rd time,location,facilities are absolutely great.In fact,as for me,Sveti Vlas is the top Bulgarian seaside resort and Casa Real by far one of the top 3 location in there.All employes,except for the room cleaners were doing their job just perfect,providing a beautiful garden,cristal clear water in the swiming pool and so on.

As of my last stay,this September,the room cleaners were not doing their job at all.In a 10 days stay the room was cleaned just once,on my request,bed sheets never changed and things like toilet paper and garbage bags given just on my request,when I was knocking on their door,as their where all day long sitting in there and talking or having some rest.
