Clean and tidy. Staff were wonderful, always greet us with a smile. They went above and beyond to make our stay superb.

Location is right in the heart of busy Seminyak. Which is good if you want to walk to all the good stuff. Staff were helpful by letting me check in early.

The pool area needs some revamping. Can be noisy.

In a spot location near the beach, restaurants, bars and shopping mall. The workers very friendly and helpful. A clean hotel, my room was very nice and had space.

Location is great

Room had a very strong mould smell from the aircon. There was a gigantic roach on the bed head for which we had to call room service to get it removed. We arrived into Bali at 12am and checked into the hotel around 1am therefore quite exhausted. We were woken up by construction work happening right above our remove with labour hammering out bricks from 7am all the way till 10am. Massive leak in the toilet everytime we flushed the dunny.

Room was very spacious and beds very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Jalan Kayu Aya and the surrounding by foot. Retail shops and eateries are just below. The room has a pantry on the outdoor balcony, equipped with a microwave, cutlery and sink for washing up. There's room service available too! Loads of international channels on the television too.

We could hear our neighbouring room through the connecting door, which wasn't pleasant. There's also a daily live music performance in the afternoon, organised by one of the eateries below. Our balcony faces the performance area so the music is loud – could be a potential issue if you're intending to take an afternoon nap.

Very spacious and comfy room. Lovely friendly and helpful staff and quiet location but still close to markets and many restaurants. I took a Junior Suite and the pool was very close to my room. I loved the little balcony with a sink, microwave and table and chairs. perfect for a romantic dinner! I would return here without hesitation!

THERE IS NO BREAKFAST FACILITY AT THE HOTEL AND THE CHOICE OF RESTAURANTS WITH BREAKFAST SET MENUS AROUND THE HOTEL IS VERY VERY LIMITED. HOTEL SHOULD ARRANGE BREAKFAST FACILITY FOR ITS GUESTS WITHIN ITS PREMISES

The staff was excellent, always there to provide whatever we needed. We even stayed an additional night we enjoyed it so much.

Location was good. Facilities were ok . The hotel restaurant Balinese food was good especially the satay.

Facilities were worn out.. toilets flush systems kept failing but maintenance staff very quick to respond and helpful

Great location, easily accessible facilities, friendly and helpful staff - a lot to like. The room was large and the shower had good pressure. Appreciated where it was as it has a parking lot right underneath it which made it easy for drivers to pick us up/drop us off. Many restaurants in close proximity! Would stay again.

I suppose if you're not particularly able to walk stairs everytime you leave and return, the lift situation is a bit tedious. Realistically though, I've nothing to complain about.

the bath water is very salty, don't have room for breakfast or lobby

Staff were excellent. Rooms were spotless and bed was very comfortable. All tea, coffee and water supplies were fully restocked daily

Water was never hot for showers and when you ran the shower there was a sewerage smell everytime.

Clean tidy rooms, great curtains to block out the light, big beds, great internet connection

Providing big water bottles instead of small ones, or cold filtered water better for the environment
