Comfy bed and good location

No lift

Vacation Boutique Hotel is charming and quiet given that it's in one of the major centers of the city. The staff are polite, attentive and considerate. The rooms are clean, that goes for beddings, towels and bathrooms. The restaurant is not yet operating when I was there.

Be prepared to climb stairs as there are no elevators. Can the staff be provided with electric fan downstairs? It's humid for them at the reception area.

Very bad hotel, no Wi Fi at all very rude staff, tried to deceive us. Saying that my new iPhone 14 and our two laptops are too bad and therefore the internet is not working🤪can’t advise

Nothing major. Fridge stunk from being left off with the door shut, shower was mounted above the toilet, instead of over the bath

The location was ok, close to some good restaurants. Within walking distance of some of the attractions, night market, Royal Palace and the Quay side.

The walls were painted various shades of battleship grey, so not very inviting.

Location is good, they replace the towels timely. Staff is very welcoming.

We had room on the 2nd floor and the place did not have an elevator. Had to drag our luggage up the stairs. Weirdly, the washroom did not have a door, only a piece of cloth hanging for privacy. The sink was in the bedroom instead of washroom which caused a lot of inconvenience.

The water was lukewarm and the bed a bit too hard.

Location was close to nightlife, restaurants, markets and the river. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean.

The water in the shower was tepid at best. A raw sewage smell came from the drain in the bathroom. The bed was too hard for me. The wifi was terrible with connectivity very spotty.

Great value, close to everything . Perfect as I live out of town and often need stay overnight . Will stay again .

The hotel was very clean and had what you needed for our short stay. The room was spacious and the staff were friendly.

Unfortunately the bed was very hard so was quite difficult to sleep on.

Location and cleanliness

They should have been a bit more accommodating in respect of early check in. The washroom was visible from the room so that's not nice. Thicker blinds would have been better.

The location was ideal for walking

The hotel was used by ladies of the night and it did keep us awake. I was also not impressed with the state of the pillows under the casing. They definitely need replacing

The rooms were good.

There is no elevator in this hotel. So you will have to climb up and down. We had to climb 4 floors to get to our room. Be careful, as the guy at the reception tends to charge more than what you are supposed to pay as per booking.com Or they may end up giving you another room with less facilities. I am a genius level 3 member and I got an upgrade in my room, however the receptionist argued with me and later gave stupid reasons such as no internet etc to give me a lesser room for the same price.

The staff is super friendly. Mr Sareth is very cooperative and supportive
