Lovely location on the mountain above Lake Comi. Warm family environment. Friendly dogs and cats and other animals roaming the grounds. Locals celebrating birthdays and other special occasions in the very good restaurant. Strongly recommend!!

Nothing really. It's good to know that you can walk here on a pedestrian and bike path from menaggio in about half an hour if you are fit. It's uphill, but separate from the road on a lovely path through the trees.

We stayed for two nights, which was fine. The location is great, near Menaggio. You can even walk to the village through a nice path. The food in the restaurant was very good. The staff was very friendly. My girlfriend got sick and they brought tea. Also, we could have dinner at the upper part of the restaurant where no one was which was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Very clean and well kept. Enjoed the viwe air-conditioning and privacy.

Basic facilities, but in a lovely location, great staff, and nice restaurant. Lots of farm animals on the grounds, providing a great vibe to the place.

Sound proofing is not great! You will hear your next door neighbor, but the location is super quiet

The location is really in a farm in a very calm and beautiful place between mountains. The restaurant is very authentic with tasty food.

A 18 years birthday party that took place at a restaurant room next my room, because I had to wake up at 5am to head off to the airport. Italians are very loud :) Still, they finished at about 23:30.
