Francesca was an excellent host welcoming us, showing us around and on hand for recommendations at restaurants and the nearest local supermarket. I wasn’t aware that this included the use of two kayaks and numerous bikes to aid commuting to the town centre 5 minutes away. We used these every day and it goes to show how much effort Francesca goes to considering every detail for your stay. The apartment was well equipped and clean with amazing views over the lake from the balcony.

Excellent location by the lake. Parking possibility and very clean apartment with all you need. About 1 km from the supermarket and from the center of Menaggio. Very friendly host. Would recommend.

The apartment is very spacious for two people and the view from the balcony is amazing! It is very clean and has all the basics you will need. The garden and beach are lovely and well equipped with deck chairs.

Spacious big apartament with perfect lake view, in the first line! Good price. We have a big balcony, with no sun aftert 12 pm so it was perfect place to rat and spend evenings. Kitchen was well equiped. Quiet surroundings, with parkingplace. Mennagio is great place to do sightseeing in lake Como.

The biggest minus - no air condition :( it was really hot inside. Owners should provide rooms at least with fans which could make the air cooler. Beds were not comfortable. Eqiupment on the beach could be much better, The sun beds and chairs were not clean and old. Its really perfect location could be used much better! Not easy to communicate in English with owner's Mother, only German.
