I booked 5months ahead for 4pax but was given beds for 3pax. Female staff was not giving me another option because their family rooms were booked out. Insisting I stick to it. The manager gave me another room with a private bathroom. He was helpful. The rooms were too old. Wardrobes too old and yucky. No fridge. The shower has no hot water, the other bathroom is dirty and moldy, and no enough lighting. The 2 bedroom looks like a prison cell/old hospital rooms. The other room had a stinky smell could be coming from the bed. In the morning, you can hear other rooms' door closing, that loud.If you need a room for a night, I don't recommend this. I wasn't able to sleep because the linens and bed mattress could be that dirty too. I wasn't brave enough to check.

The only things I liked that it was: That it was very close to the Wiley Park railway station. There was a convenience store

1. The reception opens at 10:00 AM. They do not seem to have an after hours line 2. They have an awkward system ot taking a key deposit. They do not have a system that is common to mosr similar hotels. 3. Their wifi was out of order and their staff's comment without having the courtesy of apologising they said that it is not their fault 4 No fridge in the room 5 The air=conditioner was not working 6 No hot water in the bathroom

i locked out my room by mistake and they were unable to open the room with master key. Even the manager did not know what to do.

Room was clean

Not really worth money heaps of construction no food close by and showers not the cleanest.

The basic room, and common bathroom

Their checkin system. They want a $100 deposit, to secure against vandalism and theft. You can either pay the deposit by cash or card. But when you want to checkout you have to wait until 10am to get your money back.
