House itself, nice decor and condition of the rooms. It has plenty of space, nice views from terrace and even more amazing views from all the bedrooms. Master bedroom is absolutely fantastic. Also there is everyting you need in the house and the host is super helpful and reachable.

The jacuzzi was not working due to some needed fixing. Also there were some pecularities with cleanliness of one of the bathrooms. And the walking distance to the city center is quite long and up the hill.

The walk (difficult to get taxis) to the property is very steep however the view is lovely

We had trouble finding the property at first.

Picking up the keys was not easy. They were inside a box controlled by a combination. We had the number but it still took fifteen minutes and some broken nails to open it. This requires technical improvement. Breakfast was provided by our purchase from the supermarket. This was good and easy.

The location is great with a lovely view. Finding the property would be easier with indicative signs on the road. The property should have a number to facilitate satellite navigation.

The location is beautifull. Has an excellent view to the lake Como and the all area is so quite. The house is new with an amaging construction. The beds in the 2 bedrooms. The house has a closed and secure garage.

The third Bedroom has a sofa instead of bed. The distance from Menaggio. It's almost 1.7 Km on top of the hill and It's not an easy walking distance.
