I was told when I arrived that they don't accept foreigners? Why then are they advertising on an English language website used by non-Chinese?! I had to ask to talk to the manager who overruled the receptionist, who thus was revealed to have lied about it being impossible to accept foreigners (she was apparently was just to lazy to do the paperwork of taking in a foreigner.)

Good location

They first said they did not accept foreigners, but on booking.com its says that they do. But eventually when I proved that I haven’t gotten out of China recently so they let me stay.
