It was just like a regular hotel. I've stayed in the Hilton garden inn in Chengdu previously and it was a much nicer experience there. In shanghai it was just ok, Not particularly great. Location is ok if you're going to the Exhibition center, but that's about it.

In terms of the price, it is just a very regular hotel for the price, and quite far from Shanghai itself, needed to take a car everytime even just to get to the subway stations. Service was just average, room quality was not bad, but not great either. Food was just alright. Definitely a disappointment from the Hilton brand, even for the Garden Inn sub-brand. I had expected much better

Staff attitude, cleanliness, Attentiveness

Too costly during exhibition period, I feel longer staying guests should be dealt aptly.
