Very dirty,very poor facilities. Looked expensive but very poor maintenance. pool not working. Advertised for 24h reception but we arrived at 12am with closed doors and one security guard .

Room was quite spacious and it's affordable

Although we reminded them, they never opened the pool, first room assigned to us had no water, no first aid kit, just bad service

Room design was so European and the room was so big but the room it self is a bit dusty and some of the wall decorations are half hanging from the wall, toilet smells like sewage when we use the toilet, maybe got broken pipe la kot, but ya selesa untuk 2 hari dengan harga macam ni
