We love the apartment. It was big enough for just the 2 of us. Had the kitchen facilities, which was what we were looking for. Had a confusion with the aircon but was ok. Easy check in and checkout. Overall it was definitely a good place to get away from life. Stayed in most of the time to chillax. Will definitely be back.

The TV. It took so long to load. Digital door lock was not working so had to use the manual key. But overall, really all was actually OK. Oh! The waterheater wasn't working. Hee

Making sure next time that i book the suites hotel and not the residence.

Bed sheets look like never wash before as i still see allot of yellowish mark. Toilet can make it better as you see in the picture.

have some issues regarding tv signal. stay here for 3 days 2 nights, but host can’t solve the problems. Need to keep asking if the tv can be repaired or else they never reach out first.

To be honest, I have never had such an awful stay in all my travels before. We queued for 6 hours to cross the customs and finally when we have arrived at the accommodation, we found ourselves stuck outside the door. We tried the 2 passwords that were provided by the host, but we are unable to unlock the door. Thankfully, the host was responsive over WhatsApp, though he/she refused to pick up our calls. The host then requested us to send video footages of the failed attempts to him/her. After verifying our footages, the host gave us another set of password which was unable to unlock the door as well. Finally, he gave us another new set of password which worked. Please note that this is 30 mins after trying. The host also ignored our desperate pleas to access the physical key throughout the entire process. We were so looking forward to finally getting some rest but oh my gosh, what greeted us was a very uncleaned room. It was dirty to the extent that we had to question if housekeeping was even done after the previous guests had left. There were hair, crumbs and dead cockroaches on the floor. The table was oily with crumbs too. Beds in both rooms were not made, with sheets and pillows on the nearby dressing table. One of the beds had the sheets half taken out. There were also footprints and dead cockroaches in the bathrooms. There were even black marked footprints in the living room. Dustbins were all filled and uncleared. At least one good thing I can say is that the host managed to get someone to the room to clean it at 1130pm, after we had alerted him/her to the situation. If the cleaning was not done, we don't think we could even think about staying in the room. Also a tip is to take photos and videos of everything when you stay at this place. As the host had asked for video footage of us trying to unlock the door. And also of us returning the key in the mailroom during check out. This was not stated in the guidelines shared by the host.

The security guard there is nice he offered to help by calling as well. Also followed us to the apartment to try to unlock the door. But the code was totally not working. It was 2am and nowhere to go. Everywhere is fully booked. Wasted roaming charges by calling owners but to no avail.

No one to contact after 10pm. Did not even managed to stay inside as the code given was wrong and there is no way to contact anyone after 10pm. No one picked up the phone at all. Had to stay out without a place to sleep as everywhere is fully booked.

Simplicity in checking in and out. Very convenient...hassle free.

The response from the staff was poor. You basically have to chase them. On the very day that i was supposed to check in, they have not responded to my query about the check in procedures. And at the 11th hour, i was requested to deposit RM200 whilst i was driving else they will not let me have the check in details. Had they responded to me days earlier, i wouldn't have to go thru this messy disorganised state.0

Easy accessible to Mall and Eatery. Apartment is suitable for famly and cosy. Staff is helpfull and prompt in action.

The surrounding area lots of food stalls and most of them open 24hrs or till late at night so u wont get hungry in the middle of the night.. Toilet, bedroom and living room is clean.

Firstly the living room aircon automatically off every 5-10mins. At first i thought it was the "timer". So i off the timer but still the same. So i tried adjusting the timer to 12hrs (hoping that it wont auto off) and the same thing, 5-10mins the aircon auto off.. Informed the host, he/she asked me to take a photo of the remote. And after sending the photos, no replied was given. So message the host again and still no replied.. So for 3 days 2 night of our stay, we are having a "sauna" in the living room. Fyi, its our first time booking holi suasana as a friend recommend us due to its cheaper price compared to the suites. Guess thats the reason why its cheap.. Better top up $30 more and get Suasana Suites with good customer service. The first and last gonna booking holi suasana..

Hate the inconveniences this hotel causes me. 1st it need to make unnecessary "Online deposit", cant understand why they need that since we are in booking.com. Then the toilet bidet is faulty. What is worst is the main glass window cant lock. Felt so insecure when I need to leave the room and sleep over. At midnight, the card door have a long moment of electronic problem. The place seems more run down than the picture

i message the owner/ agent about it would be good to have some beverages in the place.

Very convinient near to the city centre n Jb central. Can find food easily n near to the shopping mall.The apartment is very spacious n value for money.

The TV channel no varieties n always been cut off.
