The Staff, who were excellent, Professional and helpful, the rooms had everything required, the Hotel gave value for money and is very well located.

Normal breakfast. Mainly carbs. For what I paid, it was ok.
I could hear every single word my neighbours on BOTH sides said AND also people on the corridor. I was on 2nd floor which was the floor of housekeeping. I could see their miserable faces as they lay the linen on the floor. It's noisy from morning to night and I didn't rest well! At one point, I had to call reception to tell my neigbour to turn down the TV volume.

It is a reasonable budget hotel for 1 or 2 nights stay. The bed are comfy, bathroom size is ok. I opted for no window room
The bfast is ok but not that variety but with the price nothing to complaint.

The room is good, air cond is functioning well and room are quite cool. Quite ok for a 3 star hotel.
Breakfast. There are a few varieties but the selection is limited. Not sure why they put salt as one of the condiments, i dont think any one would reach out to that.

Convenient to KSL, Value for money, air con cooling, bathroom is clean
- Need to pay for mineral water in the room, but have the option to draw water outside the room
- Having to make my way to the lobby to resolve the exclusion of my breakfast coupon when they have intercom
- Pillow and bed sheet looks yellow
- TV channels are limited and signal wasn’t not good

The location is ok and quiet..
Though i booked earlier more than 2 months , I got a room with no window.. Felt like a trap inside the box..

Room was not properly clean ...bebdsheet amd pillow case can see was not change when the last gueast checlk out ....can sleep at night ...bed was dirty...thank god only for 1 night....hotel is eerie and spooky...tv bad ...room very dirty

The room is spacious with big window with a nice view of the city. Location is also good in the center.
We felt itchy the whole night sleeping and it wasn’t comfortable at all. It was like 2am and it’s not convenient for us to change room in the middle of the night. AC was leaking and the toilet bowl was clogged. This has made our stay inconvenient. I complaint about the itchiness to the reception during check out and I was informed that the manager would contact me but as expected, I didn’t get any follow up.
