We did not have any breakfast there. Location is ok. Staff is friendly and room is clean.
Not really convenient to go anywhere unless you have your own transport. Check-in and check-out is a bit troublesome.

Very close to checkpoint. Easy access to JB town. Location is the plus point.
There is no reception. Staff will meet you at entrance of tower block to handover apartment key and collect cash deposit. Not even a table. All done outside main door of apartment block and by the internal access road.
Floor of the unit was dusty. Stayed in a 3bedroom unit. The pillows were lumpy. There were 2 tempur-like pillows in master bedroom but they were a bit yellow and there was no pillowcase for these. No daily. housekeeping. Basement 1 carpark has rubbish dump stench.

This is not the first time we are staying in R&F. This is the 4th time. Previous 3 were different owners. Within the 4, I will definitely go back to SaffronCasa. Under SaffronCasa the apartment was clean and neat. Staff were approachable. Overall was great staying in SaffronCasa. Good job and keep it up.👍
Out of the 3 rooms, Aircon in master bedroom was noisy and the other bedroom Aircon was not working. Only 1 stand fan was provided. We used that instead. Informed the staff about the fault but they couldn't do anything as it was PH period. Advice staff to purchase more fans as some prefers fan rather then Aircon.

Staff was very helpful and prompt. Apartment was nice, beds were comfortable. Billiards and table tennis were available. Groceries and eateries are in the mall below.
No Astro or Netflix. Only a few local tv channels. Floor should be given a mop before guests check in as it was not clean. The bath mat should be provided in the bathroom, not outside.

can have 2 toilets instead of 1. the soft pillows have some stains on it.

In general, the apt is clean and very comfortable. it’s very quiet and spacious. There’s a grocery right below the apt so it’s really convenient. Happened to stay there over weekend and there was a small pasar malam downstairs. The owner was very responsive and helpful.
The cleaner did not go a good job in cleaning the toilets. Strong Smell of urine when we went in. Told the owner and he sent the cleaner to clean it.
