Room was serviced and acceptable
no floor mat in bathroom so had to use towel which was slippery
Breakfast was disappointing, advertised as complimentary breakfast but what's on offer doesn't meet what's advertised as per marketing pictures. For such a well known brand that does banqueting and catering the breakfast is below par - and also disappointing that dinner is not available on site

We liked leaving the hotel every day
Communication with staff was very difficult, and rules only applied to some guests. For two of our three days there they had weddings. This led to slamming doors until 2 am shouting in corridors and guests banging on hotel room doors shouting let me IN. Thus keeping us awake . Asked for scrambled egg instead of fried and was told NO in a very forcible manner. I am sorry but I laughed at him. Bed was very hard, We have slept on softer floors.

The room was booked for 3 people. Double bed and a pull out bed . We only had enough bedding for the double bed and nothing for the pull out bed. Only 2cups . Should have been 3 cups . Had to get everything we needed ourselves. Not enough furniture for 3people , especially for the clothes. We put the " do not disturb" sign on the door . When returning to the room the sign Was on the floor inside the room . Therefore someone had been in the room ( the cleaner) . They could have cleaned it but didn't. Why then go in the room.

Die Sauberkeit war eine Katastrophe. Riesige Flecken auf den Kopfkissen, Schimmel im Badezimmer, muffiger Geruch in den Nebenfluren und schmutziges Besteck.
Der Lärm bis um halb 3 Nacht hat keinen erholsamen Schlaf zugelassen. Das Bett war total durchgelegen und das Zimmer extrem klein.

The property itself was brilliant very nicely done inside and the rooms was standard. The breakfast was just right.
It was in industrial area and on the noisy street. The mattresses of the was very uncomfortable. Struggled to fall asleep.

It is very clean, complimentary breakfast was good although not all dietary requirements are catered for. There free parking was available on site. The room was good. The staff were very pleasant. It’s the second time we’ve booked there and would go again.
They had put a single duvet in a double cover which they would have changed if we had asked.

Drive a sprinter van so always need a big car park plenty of gated car parking very quiet at night and had a good selection of places to eat within a 5 minute walk
Breakfast was self serve no bacon and little weird hotdog like sausages couldn't fault the place otherwise

The service was ok because the staff are polite and the environment is quite the room is conducive.
I complaint about the need for a towel but was not given despite the fact that I went to reception to remind them .that is not a good experience

I love the staff... always ready to assist you and always smiling. The building was clean and there were on going fixes every time just to make sure everything was okay.
Everything was great but maybe the breakfast could be spiced up a bit. It was the same breakfast every day and maybe there could be a name tag on each food. But it was a delicious and great breakfast. There was always somebody there to assist

One of the nights i can barely sleep, the window has issues and it was buzzing really loud at random intervals during the night, not even the tv nor white noise can mask it

It was relatively cheap. Nice staff. Clean linen and towels . Lovely girls on reception at check in and check out.
Shower tiles were cracked and badly repaired. Shower door fell off rollers when I slid the door open. Instant coffee at breakfast (expect it in the room at a budget hotel but not at breakfast) window view was of a roof. Cold corridor.
