Furniture was okay. Self-contained accommodation. No disturbances. Parking was under good observation. Good Communication help supports from Garland. Good playground on Croydon road. Destinations where I wanted to go were nearby, but provided one has transport.

Confusions about check-in with Garland & Booking.Com. Request for baby cot was not met. Utensils were missing (Only 2 knifes and 3 forks were available) Face towels missing. One chair defect. Ventilation in bathroom defect. Could not program Netflix. Bed too narrow. Brush and dustpan not available. Toaster one side defect. Garden untidy. Stairs not safe. Hole on wall. Table mats & cooking equipments left dirty.

Very clean and well organised. Well stocked. A pleasure to stay in. This property is close to the tram station and about 15 min walk from Norwood Junction. There are certain trains that can take you to London Bridge in 15 minutes. So getting out and about was really convenient. Better than the last time we stayed.

Bit confused about the bins. We weren't sure about what to do with plastics even though there was a note that emphasised recycling. But this did not affect the stay. The online website with the instructions for the site failed halfway through the stay, but the property management were super responsive and set up an alternative straight away.

Residential location, that was suited to our needs as a family of five. Facilities were just what we needed as we were visiting family so needed a place to sleep, have breakfast and head out. When kids were in bed, hubby and I were able to continue our fabourite shows on netflix. Owner was very responsive to all questions i had. Thank you.

Cleanliness. Cobwebs and dusty surfaces in bedrooms. Ceiling and some wall could do with patching up. Given we weren't staying in all day, I easily overlooked these but deep cleaning will be nice next time.

Free off street parking a bonus with any property. Good facilities with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Good living space and big TV for our family stay.

We arrived after the check-in time with the property not cleaned. Host was efficient at arranging a cleaner but it did delay our plans to settle in. The door of the bathroom does not close properly.

cosy had all the needed facilities. WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher all very helpful. clean sheets, towels and toiletries gave a hotel feel. owners very helpful. very happy with the stay. we stayed there for a month as we were between moving houses.

Every room was clean. I have stayed in a lot of locations and the cleanliness is not always as good as it could be. This place was excellently clean. Some thought had gone into maximizing the layout in the house and it felt roomy. The kitchen came equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. Every utensil we needed was available for our stay. This made it very pleasant. Although we had not selected the property for the Amazon and Netflix channels, these were useful for keeping the children entertained! The main reason for this property was the location to trams and other train stations. Making it very easy to get about different areas. We caught the Overground line from Norwood Junction Station one day to get into London and this was easier than we had expected.

These points are now really nitpicking and did not have impact on stay. However, some of the doors were very old and meant that we had some difficulty with using them. I think the bathroom door may have warped over time. It meant that its latch would not fit in its hole without pushing very hard against the door. Something the children struggled with. But that was OK for us as we were all one family. The back garden door did not have a handle that would have made closing it easier. Again something we figured out in the end. Minor things.
