Staff were absolutely amazing room was comfy absolutely fab stay

Its a basic hotel with all the ammenities one needs to be comfortable.

Check in at 3pm is late and there was no mineral water in the rooms despite it being marketed as a 3 - 4 star hotel. I messaged the hotel over 24h before arrival, requesting early checkin but never got a reply. At the front desk it was explained that every early checkin was charged 10 pounds per hour. That said, given i was staying 3 nights, they did offer me a noon checkin for free but was unable to male it work with my schedule Breakfast buffet was so so, over cooked eggs and soggy bacon were not fun. Bread choice was limited to toast - a nice loaf of bread like sourdough would have been nice. Pillows were way too hard. Was not comfortable with the pillows.

Lovely staff, spacious room, and SO QUIET even though it's close to the main road.

Nothing to add. Hotel is exceptionally well priced and the overall experience was great.

The fact that the hotel had a bath which was nice and relaxing

The receptionist when we collected keys was so kind, informative, and friendly. The wait staff at breakfast were efficient and very accommodating too.

Nothing anyone can do but the wind on deck 11 was so loud!

The area isn't the best and it felt a little unsafe walking to the train station very early Sunday morning to catch the train to Gatwick.

Sarah on the front desk was so friendly, helpful and nothing was to much trouble for her. I was part of a wedding party and got up graded to a king size room, so I could be nearer my friend. The bed was soooo comfy and the water and biscuits in the room was a nice touch. Being a celiac the food choice at breakfast was great and the staff were so accommodating. Over all I had a really good stay.

The parking situation was a bit awkward, but the price for the length of stay wasn't too bad.

The room was comfortable, breakfast has a great variety of options, and the everyone on the staff was exceptionally friendly. Truly a great experience. Great value and only 20 minutes by train from the city centre.
