The room was clean and met expectations, The building it's self was great and very central.

WARNING this is a multi site operation not a 'person's" apartment it's part of an organisation. They have unrealistic terms and conditions and take a holding security deposit that you may or may not get back for 7 days after the event. When I didn't agree to this unfair deposit (they're insured and protected by booking.com) and they want your ID BEFORE they take your booking, I don't hand my ID over to strangers have you heard of identity theft. When I said I wasn't comfortable they BLANKED ME AND I LOST THE BOOKING. I WAS WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION in the middle of the night.

Close to East Croydon Station, on a main road with amenities close by (Bars, Restaurants etc)
Address is given as No.5 Bedford Way … it’s the opposite end.

It feels like shady operation.
we are still waiting for our deposit bacck that we paid 2weeks ago.The owner of the apartment who clearly lives there ,keeps finding all excuses not to send it back.A likes of -"the deposit you tried to send,didn't go through.Then when we sent proof it did (as it was through revolut) he said he can't find our revolut account to send it back.every time we texted him, he said he will sort it out soon,yet he didn't.don't book room in this place.it is absolutely disgraceful to be treated like this, when we treated his place with respect.

The accommodation was not as stated through booking.com. The communication was extremely poor. The meeting point was away from accommodation. There was no view from the room. The bathroom did not appear to be private  and had lots of items within it. The bed was extremely low to the floor and wasn’t made properly look like it already been slept in. We will head to the accommodation through the back entrance which was extremely nervy for my daughter.

The property was well maintained and clean. The host was friendly and introduced the apartment and accessing various facilities. The apartment is located at the center of Croydon and easily walkable from train station.

The location is perfect. The view is class. The apartment is very clean. The staffs are great. I have a reason to keep going back here. Parking is available close to the location. Whenever I head up to London, I would definitely be staying here again. I do recommend.

I didn’t know it was an apartment and we thought we would have a tv in the room which was not the case
and meeting point was very confusing
we never been told we would be charged for leaving 10 or 15min late

The view from the living room was amazing. The host is really kind and the attention was just the best. Really clean an comfy.

Awesome breath taking views of local area and London.
Good value for money, great amenities and accessibility such as shared kitchen, microwave, fridge, living space, lounge area, gym and open terrace area, even the lift was impressive! That's the fastest lift I've been on considering we stayed on the 36th floor.
It was very peaceful and quiet too, actually preferred it to local hotels in Croydon and Croydon have some good hotels such as Hampton Hilton and Jury's Inn to name a few.
Staff were also friendly and hospitable.
I liked everything 😃
