Herausragend war schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld - schnell zu jeder Tageszeit, sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Zimmer war wunderbar, was Ausstattung und Sauberkeit anbetraf.
Sehr positiv ist auch das Detail der wertigen Betwäsche aufgefallen.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, dabei sehr ruhig und auch sicher. Der Check-in war unkompliziert mit dem zugesandten Code.
Jederzeit und beim nächsten Besuch wieder die Lava Apartments!
Die Wände sind etwas dünner. Abhängig von den Bewohnern in den Nebenzimmern könnte es evtl. auch mal etwas lauter werden. Da aber alle Gäste rücksichtsvoll waren, war es insgesamt leise und zu keinem Zeitpunkt störend. Wer hier sehr empfindlich ist, für den könnte es eine Rolle spielen. Ansonsten fällt es gegenüber allen positiven Aspekten überhaupt nicht ins Gewicht.

Nice and comfortable room, lighted and easy to find. Parking lot is on the opposite side of the main entrance, but its free and easy to reach.
There's no elevator on the facility, and no windows on the bathroom. Our fan in the bath wasn't working, but not a big deal for a short stay.

The location is good and has a free parking which is useful. Self check in was easy.
Our room door was not closing well so whenever another door in the entire building was opening or closing our door was banging. There was noise in the corridor almost all night with people talking and doors opening and closing. Overall we did not sleep all night. Plus the bathroom was not very clean. Also there were no ashtrays outside and therefore the plant pots were full of cigarettes. It was our worst night in iceland and ruined the peace and quiet we had obtained from our journey

The location is very good. Nice to have free parking. The staff responded to questions quickly before the stay even though they weren't around when we were there.
There was no sheet on the sofa bed. No staff around. Toilet paper didn't last for the whole stay. Very small bathroom.

Had to extend our stay for one more night due to last minute changes in plans and the property was quick to combine our new booking so we didn’t have to move out of our existing room into the new room.
The heating is really efficient, which we loved, but it’ll create condensation on the windows that starts pooling on the window sill and spill over to the floor. Have to make sure not to store any items by the window just in case. ^^;

Location was great. Close to all restaurants and bars. Everything was within walk in distance. I had an issue with the unit booked and immediately solved my issue and moved to a different unit.

I would say it's about the price and room space is good enough. There is a pantry on the first floor room. Rest room is also good with cleanliness.
The ceiling light is not bright at all. We did contact the staff but they said it's normal. However, we book another room on second floor for the next day, the light of second room is bringt.

The apartment was very conveniently located and having dedicated parking was a real bonus. It was a comfortable and clean space to spend the night. We didn't have any face to face contact with the owners but the instructions sent to us beforehand were clear and access to the room trouble free. We had contact details should we have needed them but it wasn't necessary.
Nothing negative to say. We only really spent a few hours at the flat, arriving fairly late, eating out then heading back off again relatively early the next morning so we didn't make use of any of the cooking facilities but it all looked well equipped. It was a clean and cosy space to spend the night.

Code entry was flawless. No need to check in just put your code in and rest. Microwave also came in handy considering the Icelandic food prices!
Lights in the apartment were really dim. Also there’s a club/pub round the corner that has heavy bass music on ‘til the early hours on Sat nights. It didn’t bother us but may affect someone else’s choice.

Thé property was clean, in a great location and free parking. Self check in was a breeze. Arrived a little early, but just parked and explored on foot. Private bath was nice, after all the shared baths. No breakfast, but coffee in the room and a mini fridge.

Free parking was behind the building but no access, had to walk around the block to get back to entrance.

Location was central and the place was clean.
We got in late.Parking was a struggle.Too far to cart the luggage up the stairs.Place was clean but we were in a studio for 4.Sofa bed was not opened up and ready for sleep.It was also quite uncomfortable.There was a lack of luggage racks and closet space to hang jackets.Shower head did not stay in one place and kept tilting down.

Keyless entry. Very spacious room, comfortable and clean. Fridge and water cooker in the room. Location close to the shops.
Parking was a bit unclear so we parked on a public parking, later we found the right parking lot though which was behind the building.
No elevator.
