Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff was some of the friendliest people we met in Vietnam! The room was so comfortable and made us feel at home. Mark from office staff made us feel welcome, gave us great recommendations, and provided us with comforts we didn’t know we needed!

Wonderful stay with very helpful staff. The front desk was always cheerful and eager to help. They booked us grab and helped load our bags. Rooms are a bit small but that is the norm in central Hanoi. However the rooms were totally silent inspire of the premium location Could not fault anything.

+ Nice location, easy to spot + Include almost everything needed for a short stay, in case you need anything, you can ask at the front desk + Eateries, shops are within walking distance

+ The smell from the nearby river + Poor ventilation, the room gets quite stuffy if you don't open the window, but if you open the window, the stinky smell gets inside + Shower towels are cleaned with strong detergent/bleach -> irritated my skin + Sound proof doesn't work well, I could hear people make out in the other rooms

Unclean sheets with hair and stains, room smelt of cigarettes

Ks ko dọn phòng, dọn phòng ko cần yêu cầu từ khách nên chủ động dọn lúc nào khách ko có phòng. Điều hoà đặt hướng ngang, đặt dọc như vậy hơi lạnh bị sọc vào mũi khó chịu, giường đặt trên bục đi cứ bị vướn, cái rèm cửa sổ để hướng sao cứ bị vướn vào mép tủ lạnh khi đóng mở

Tiny room. The bed felt dirty. The towels in the shower had a weird smell. No free drinkable water in the room. The lobby smelled of cigarettes.

There are so many good hotels in Hanoi but this is outstanding. Staff are very friendly, always willing to help customers.I've been there with my girlfriend and everyone was so nice without being intrusive.

I chossing Coco Hotel Hanoi many time for my business trip in Hanoi. The hotel has good good value and really friendly staff. Thank you and see you next month!

Vị trí thuận tiện.

Phòng mình ở không có view như hình. Ồn ào, ầm ĩ. Máy bơm kêu to. Nhân viên nữ sáng sớm nói chuyện rất to khiến mình giật mình tỉnh giấc. Lạch cạch lạch cạch cả buổi sáng chắc dọn dẹp phòng bên cạnh. Trong phòng có duy nhất 2 chai nước lọc trong tủ lạnh. Mình đi đâu cũng free 2 chai nước. Thường thì mình k bao giờ uống. Nhưng vì hôm đó bị ốm nên uống thuốc nên mới cần nước lọc. Trả phòng nhân viên yêu cầu thanh toán 2 chai nước 50k vì kêu là quy định cứ nước trong tủ lạnh là 50k. Mình có nêu rõ vấn đề, thấy mình cũng căng thẳng nên bạn ấy định ko lấy tiền nữa. Nhưng mình vẫn trả đủ. Nhưng tất nhiên ko thoải mái rồi.

CoCo Hanoi Hotel, it really did feel like a home away from home. The location is awesome! The hotel and room was so comfortable and clean! But the best part about it is the staff! They made me feel like we were part of their family! They were so welcoming and helpful ! I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again the next time we are in Hanoi!

This is a terrible service hotel. I had booked this hotel 2 days before my arrival, booking process has no issue, they even texted me to confirm my booking information. However, check-in time is 2.PM, at 1.PM they texted me that all rooms are full and no room available for me anymore. Then I called them to ask directly, to see what’s happening, all I got was attitude:) There are always many hotel with the same price range but treat you the right way. So I do not recommend this hotel.

One of many good hotels on a perfect location. Very friendly staff.

I booked an extra big bed, and I got a small bed. The sheets had hairs. There wasn’t hot water in the shower. There was dust everywhere, on the floor, on the bed sides. The division between the bathroom and the bedroom is made of glass with very bad taste
