Third time staying at Sebastian.
It's my 'go-to' hotel when in Mactan where the staff are uber-friendly and helpful.
The rooms have a small kitchen, are spacious and immaculately clean. Great water pressure from the showers which is a bonus after a day of travelling.
Breakfast is included in the price too.

I was on room 504. Very spacious and neat. It's very near from many establishments. Adjacent to JCO DONUTS, Samgyup & 7/11.

I was double charged for booking.com and you guys wouldn’t listen to me. I charge me 1000 pesos deposit when they told me they weren’t going to. I didn’t clean the room for three days.

Clean, comfortable with great staff. Housekeeping seemed to turn up in seconds. One of the staff even delivered some keys for me that I neglected to leave behind in Liloan. When I next fly out of Cebu I will definitely be back

Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good if you are looking for something centric and close to the airport. Room was clean and overall we had a great stay there
Bathroom is quite small with toilet and shower all together. Breakfast comes from McDonalds, which is ok but I think it’s good to mention for those who could be expecting something in the hotel.

Very clean , the room is well maintained , new fresh clean towels & bedsheets are change everyday.
Small kitchen in the room is a plus . Supermarket/ groceries are just nearby.
Parts of flood at main road outside the hotel when raining.
