Beautiful villa filled with everything you need

The villa is outstanding, pool was great although a little cold when you first get in (our holiday way in May). Our daughter decided to stay in the annex so that she & her boyfriend had their own space.

Solar pool heating would have been nice, just to reduce the thermal shock. Even though walkable to the local town - walk back in the dart was not desirable.

The place is located in the area that was perfect for us.very close to the Ayia Napa beaches,water world park,cap Greco and ather places that we wanted to visit. The villa was perfect for us-10 adults. the equipment in the hausa was very good the kitchen is very large and easy to operate. The garden and the pool are amezing and very useful. The pizza oven outside is great. Athina halped us a lot with informtion and good tips and did it very nicely and fast. overall it is a very good value for the money and we'll be back to stay there again . We will recommend our family and friends on this place.

Needs two reading lights near the beds,on every side

Incredible property with so much space for a large group, so we could spend time together or get some space. Superb pool and beautiful setting - this has set the new benchmark for Villas!
