Amazing breakfasts. Table in room for breakfast which was OK, but was expecting easy chairs as in picture. One of reasons I booked. It was fine though. Room was plenty big enough but not for table and easy chairs, I’m sure Jacqui and John would have changed if we had required. Separate entrance.
Great Hosts. That we could stretch our legs walking round the lakes after the amazing breakfasts. It is a little stroll rather than a long walk.
I don’t think this can be solved, but the accommodation is like an annexe to the home on the site and there Doesn’t appear to be any soundproofing between the en-suite and what ever was on the other side. We found this a bit off putting as we could not help but hear conversations and that meant …

Everything about the whole place. Spotless, lovely owners that couldn't do enough for you. Room was clean and fresh. Beautiful place also has a lake on site. Breakfast both days were spot on. Even had breakfast taken to the room for you on a trolley and you can eat and enjoy in your room. Great touch! Me and my daughter wanted somewhere to settle and sleep well after a long day working on our event we attending at lincolnshire show ground and thats what we got and more! Will 100 percent be staying again for sure! Thank you so much!

Jacqui gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and made us feel very comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious and well equipped. The lakes are lovely to enjoy a stroll and felt very peaceful. Breakfast was brought to our room at the time requested and was utterly delicious and beautifully presented. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were amazing. The food was great. The room was clean and spacious. The grounds were lush.

Clean, modern, warm and friendly. We had a beautiful room with excellent facilities and a large well appointed en-suite. The accommodation area was self contained within the family home. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and John and Jackie couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble.
