Breakfast was good, friendly staff. Perfect spot, great to have reserved table by the window.

the apartment was excellent from the location, size, comfort and the view was brill, breakfast at the moorings included in the price had a excellent choice and was served very quickly. all round 5 star package

What a lovely location right by the river , making the views from the apartment fabulous , breakfast in the coffee shop was really good and the staff were helpful and polite there was everything in the apartment that you need if you want to cook yourself, we chose to eat out as there are plenty of options within walking distance of the property . Nice touch the tea coffee and fresh milk Would stay again

Breakfast was excellent and included - complete bonus as downstairs- we all thoroughly enjoyed it! Great start for the day.

Stunning apartment, very clean and comfortable in a lovely location with a great view. The staff were great and very helpful too.

Although no issue with parking, there isn't much space and we had to block a vehicle in, which could have been an issue if they needed to move it. Breakfast was well cooked but a little on the small side.

Everything needed was in the apartment. Warm and cosy. Staff friendly in cafe downstairs.

Music loud from cafe downstairs but did go off by 6pm. Had to pay £2.50 supplement for salmon for breakfast however, on the menu it only cost 50p more for salmon dishes.

Good communication and help prior to arrived. Greeted by a lovely lady in the restaurant below who showed us around the apartment and also helped with check out. Perfect location, great views. Loved the balcony too.

The standard of accommodation is great and the location superb. The included breakfasts were excellent.

Super stay, beautiful, comfortable, clean, well located.

Breakfast was included but there was a surcharge for any item with salmon. Which seems a little mean when hiring the apartment. We were not allowed to park our campervan in the parking space, even though it would have fit. We had to park along the road and walk back.

The whole experience was very pleasant. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed and was in a very nice location on the River Dee. .

Perfect location for parking up and exploring Chester and a short drive to Chester zoo. Staff were exceptional, Lisa and James were friendly attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Sarah is lovely , a fabulous host and has got the apartment to a very high standard. The kitchen was very well equipped with every cooking utensil you will need. The view of the River Dee was fab!

I cannot fault the apartment service or breakfast! I only dropped one point as the apartment was so perfect I felt slightly nervous we would mark something ( or more my children would) .

Breakfast was excellent. A table in the window reserved for us each morning.

The whole experience was lovely. I cannot think of a single thing that we did not like.

Beautiful location on the river Dee, delicious breakfast. Loved the apartment which was very clean, decorated beautifully, spacious and the roof terrace was great to sit out and enjoy the warm weather we had. Will definitely go back.

Stunning apartment, spotlessly clean, had all you would need in it. Very friendly staff. Fabulous location right by the river. Car parking. Within walking distance to the shops & restaurants. Wonderful breakfast.

Nothing that I didn't like, except possibly the kitchen light which worked on a sensor and kept going off if there wa no movement when we were sat around the table.

Beautiful accommodation, glad breakfast and free parking included as this made us choose this over others. To have a birthday banner and table sprinkles on the table for breakfast was a lovely touch, really started of a lovely day.
