near to MRT station. just 1-2 min walk. very convenient. Reception r helpful. help us call Taxi, borrow us Umbrella, small gift to kids, help to kept luggage after check out. Breakfast buffet is good! and Bed super big.

Excellent location near the subway and walkable to many sights such as Sun Yat Sen memorial hall, Songshan Creative Park, and even all the shopping around Taipei 101. Room is large and bed is comfortable. There was a bit of variety in the breakfast offering, and they were largely tasty.

Reception staff were cursory. There was a musty smell at the reception area too.

Very disappointed compare to my last visit in 2019. Lift and carpet is very dirty. Strange smell in room 1212. Found carpet at a corner is wet. Smell come from the dirty wet carpet??

very nice spacious room. baby crib was available. Location is pretty good. lots of western shops nearby. short walk from sun yat sen memorial and good walking to taipei 101. beds were a little hard but ok. Breakfast was very nice.

Great location, right next to the MRT station. Lots of food and shops. The staff were very friendly. They helped me call a taxi to the airport and the taxi driver and the hotel staff helped me load my (very heavy) bags to the taxi. Staff speaks good English. Will definitely stay again.

The bed is a bit hard for me as I am a side sleeper but this is not a deal breaker.

It will be nice to have a fitness/gym not much view as facing resident condo. breakfast should start a bit earlier like 6:30am? TV screen size too small. Should have at least 55 inches as bed is far

Convenient, easy and comfortable. Good breakfast. Our room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was courteous and professional.

It's an older building with a very small lobby. External renovation of the building would be good. The elevators are overworked and could use additional maintenance.

Breakfast was awful, mainly Chinese and poor quality at that. Also for a “sustainable” hotel, there was a lot of single use plastic at breakfast… for our final morning we ate breakfast out.

We booked the Standard Room without a window - reception staff was very friendly! offered free crackers on New Years eve. Very accommodating to our needs and provides assistance. Loved the bathroom! Very spacious and has a good bath tub. With working hot/cold water - well kept and clean. Japanese type of toilets is a plus! Central location - within shopping area and MTR station for Zhongziao Dunhua is right behind the hotel. Within 20mins walk to Taipei 101 which is perfect for New Years when viewing the fireworks display.

Breakfast has limited options - while it is a buffet they do not change most of the food offered. Basic food, basic taste - most are a bit bland. Was not what we expected for the price of the stay. They only changed on January 1st maybe because of New Year festivities.
