Four Seasons is always a great experience, the brand is a statement for itself especially I have been to the Four Seasons in Qatar as well so I know anytime I stay in Four Seasons it's Quality... but I must say that Four Seasons Jakarta was one of my best experience so far especially the Staff just amazing, friendly, give good recommendations always with a smile. And a special thanks to the team Billie the waiter, Kevin service supervisor, Raden the Barista who made my Dragon Fruit Juice everyday :) and Novan who was in charge for my morning Cappuchino and Reggy who always took care to oversee if things are good and to my liking just amazing! Can't wait to be back.
Nothing bad to say, so there is nothing I didn't like. Four Seasons is perfection.

Beeindruckendes Stadthotel mit perfektem Service. Mitarbeiter super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Suite war sehr schön, geräumig und hatte alles was man sich wünscht. Tolle Aussicht über die Stadt. Frühstück ist ein Traum. Italienisches Lokal im 20 OG. ist hervorragend und die Aussicht ist Top.
Hotel ist schon älter, wenn man genauer hinsieht merkt man das leider. Hier sollte man etwas machen.

the staff were very polite and attentive. they made our stay very comfortable. the quality of food and location of the hotel is excellent. our room size was perfect.
unfortunately there wasn't enough coffee capsules placed in the room, and we felt very uncomfortable to keep asking for more. also being a cigar smoker, at night, the designated smoking area was in a very dark and unconvenient ambience.

The staff, the rooms, the facilities, the food, the spa and barber all was excellent. The overall experience was great.
The noise coming from the mosque at early mornings. This wakes you up certainly.

very clean
on my last night of staying I had someone ring my room door at 6:30 in the morning. as soon as they finished ringing the room door some worker barged into my room while me and my girl was sleeping. then I proceeded to go to the door and say “what are you doing in my room” to the worker. the worker didn’t even have the decency to apologize for their mistake.

And I really liked the fact we were greeted by the
GM of the hotel upon check in and check out.
Nothing but It is worth mentioning that a better landscaping for the pool area is definitely recommended and creating areas for the use of social media content creator would be needed and appreciated.

the room was really spacious and beautifully decorated. detailed wallpaper and lavish chandeliars. dreamy 😍
food at the coffee house and alto restaurant was mediocre. otherwise all good. i barely think about the matter as i was busy marvelling at the beautiful property.

The staff have no experience.
The hotel has nothing special!
The four seasons vibes are not there!
I really questioned whether this is a really four seasons hotel or something else!!!

Great service and super friendly staff. The hotel and interior is amazing and the breakfast is a true highlight. The Alto Restaurant in the 20th floor offers exceptional food and skyline view with live piano music.

Waited for the luggage for a long time and communication via app was not always easy. Also I was said that I can’t make a late checkout (for additional fee) as they are full, but rooms were available on Booking

the building was doing very well in case of an earthquake. i was in 18th floor and an earthquake of 5,7 richter happened. it’s metal frame… so it’s the best in case of an earthquake
