The toilet was a bit too small Tv only played 3 channels

Location is very convenient. Staff both at reception and in general (cleaning staff etc) are very friendly and helpful. Happy about the self-catering facilities.

Needs to improve on general maintenance of facilities eg: door locks, shower controls etc . Experienced some noise late at night/early morning. Furniture being moved around at 2am etc.

Our visit to JHB was for my wife to see a Specialist This property is very central to the doctor we needed to see. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful.

The toilet seat was damaged. The shower is very small. The chairs in the bedroom were dilapidated. The kettle did not switch off when the water boiled

The bed ain’t comfortable and the Tv had a problem also it’s not smart tv only place SABC Chanel and don’t work properly

The location is good, the staff were very helpful and the facilities are on point.

The pool needs to be fixed.

Please put toiletries and tea daily not the first day only. Would also like a carpet to be optional for those who would like it. Late check out to at least 1230.@

It was more luxurious than we thought. Squeaky clean. We were surprised to see a washing machine an tumble dryer. This was very welcome because of wet weather. The bed is very comfortable.

It was on the second floor and we had a lot of baggage. We got help from the security when booking in but when booking out I had to walk 2 times. I just wish we could somehow know when I booked on which floor it's going to be.
