Pool area is nice as well as the balconies.

Hotel rooms really need renovation or better maintenance. Breakfast quality can be better too.

Excellent room with lot of space and amenities. Swimming pool and pool area sitting options are also good. The resort is close to main road of Kuta area with not much traffic congestion and it ia very close to Airport and around 25-30 mins away from Sanur port. Food options are good and buffet breakfast has broad offerings.

One problem that I faced is lack of convenient stores around the resort to buy things you might need if you stay for 2-3 days.

the aircon and safe didn’t work in the room, a plug was lose in the bathroom, had to move rooms as the walls are thin and could hear the children next door during the night. location was on a busy road

We arrived in the evening and when we got there, the view at the hotel was amazing. The warm lights were very beautiful and it smelled good in the entire resort and also the room we stayed in. The lobby is really cool to relax or just to have a good drink while enjoying the view over the pool are. Their iced coffee tasted amazing. All the people there were super friendly and helpful. You're provided a towel for the pool. The pool itself is pretty big and also there's enough space to relax at the pool area. The room was amazing and very big with nice, warm lights and lots if charging spots. Big bathroom with separate shower and toilet. The Bed was amazing and very comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious, there was huge amount of food you can chose from. fresh water, fresh juice ect

The sofa had some weird stains on it and the light in the bathroom is too dark for my preference.

Hotel location, staff behaviour, room facilities were way poor.

So far we had pleasant stay for 3 nights, hotel location nearby with airport, breakfast was good.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Fridge not cold. Staff came up to check it and said this is normal, all the fridges are the same. The temperature in the room is colder than the fridge. Room is not very clean, especially in the bathroom. For the buffet breakfast, fruit have chemical flavour. The chopping board may not have proper washed.

mould in fridge, room too hot - AC was limited. asked staff to resolve these issues and they didn’t.

i Stayed here for 9 nights, the rooms are not sound proof at all as stated in the Ads, they charge 15K IDR for each utensils, for example if you order food from the resturant & you just ask for 2 forks extra that will be 30kIDR. Mosquitoes in the Room, not giving 2 bottles of water everyday unless you call & ask & the list goes on, i highly recomend to spend a few extra dollars & get a better hotel.

Well-managed, strategic location. located at the main road of Kuta so u can easily access to every location. My husband and I both love their breakfast spread and the breakfast is different for each day. They also have transportation service and money exchange counter which is soooo convenient.
