The location was convenient for our transit stop, with a large shopping centre within a short stroll. The room was large and clean.

It seemed to have a very nice water park, but it was closed already when we arrived and we had to leave very early in the morning. Room was spacious.

We were missing blankets on bed, also the phone didn't work to call reception. Room was far away from reception also. Water park closed quite early. Also the walls are rather thin, we heard neighbours partying till midnight. Also there was construction going on in part of the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport. An amazing waterpark and shopping centre next door.

There was no pool that was freely accessible to use. Our room air conditioner did not work properly. The door to the balcony did not close properly. The lady at the front counter was unwilling to help with a hop on hop off bus tour for my family.

The location and the closeness of the property to Wild Wild Wet and also the Down Town East shopping center. And also the availability of he ceiling fan in the room which was a plus since the aircon in our room was a bit warm even with the air-conditioning on.

The room that was given, we have requested the room with four beds but instead was given a room with 2 double beds which made one of us sleeps on the floor.

Ok location but a long trip by metro to city

It would have been nice for a pool. Rooms lacked any glasses or cutlery despite microwave oven.

Close to the a’port

An out-door type hotel. Quiet huge. It was a resort. We got lost to find the room. And no porter to assist us.

The location and size of the rooms and the comfort was great

Nothing- we wished we had stayed for the 2 weeks rather than going to a 2nd hotel for the 2nd week

Very friendly staff at each interaction. Stayed twice this month while stopping over in Singapore. The water park next door is a big bonus.

The minimart area cleanliness not pleasant enough,when I went to the cafe at midnight rubbish scattered around on table & area. The minimart pricing should be label/tag for easy convenience for customers,the rest is good

Awesome. Love the view. Close to airport. Liked the Hotel Bus to the station and back. Easy transport. Close to shopping centres. Rooms and Bathrooms were clean.

AC was a bit too loud. Not cold enough when needed. Was unsure of how to open the hot water but figured it out as we were leaving.

I liked the nature vibes and cleanliness of the place.

It will really require you for a long walk to get to the room from the bus station stop

Location, as it is near airport what we needed

Room floor sticky. There were no bed linen!!! Only sheet, pillow and blanket but no bed linen. Unbelivable. And as the floor was sticky, just imagine the feeling when you need to lay down on the bed.

Walk to large shopping centre. Views around property.

Public transport to get here was difficult. Large complex not well signed.

Noisy bbq pits, no swimming pool

Location was great for family. It was close to the airport, water park and beach. We love the nature around it.
