This was the perfect place for my quick family trip. Great size for 6 adults and 1 child. Perfect location right in the beach, great views. Property had ton of stuff to do. Great location in the city also. I would definitely stay again.

The amenities really sell this property. There was plenty of space with three bedroom and three baths for everyone in our party to have the privacy they wanted and the space needed. Having a restaurant on property was great in the food. Was delicious. Having two pools and a hot tub outside. Just steps away from the beach was fantastic. The tiki bar had delicious drinks but could be deemed a bit pricey, but expected when on vacation. The indoor facility with a small, lazy river, hot tub and shallow pools is perfect for families. I would definitely recommend for any future family holidays.

We had a wonderful time. This place is very nice. It is starting to show its age. But view and location can not be beat. Really my only disappointment with the whole place is the washer and dryer. One major plus for me is an in unit set. You don’t have to pack as much because you can just wash what you have. If you put more than 6 items in the washer it made a scrapping noise. It then took 6 1 hour cycles in the dryer to even start to get them dry. I called and they sent a maintenance man who told me “you’re not paying the light bill so run it until they get dry”. I didn’t want to spend my entire vacation drying clothes but it does seem like I did. With 5 adults and 2 children, there was a lot.
View is beautiful. Beach is close. Pools are really nice. We would definitely stay here again. Maybe not this particular unit, but definitely the resort.

I would 100% come back!! The view is amazing, and that area is not overcrowded with so much private property surrounding it. Close to everything. Steps to the beach! The only update needed is the dryer had to run it multiple multiple times to dry clothes. I did not reach out to have it looked int. Very clean.

This large unit had room for everyone. The extra deep balcony faces the ocean directly where you can watch the sunrise in the morning. The decor is tasteful and elegant. The unit is well equipped.

This resort is beautiful! It is now our go to for myrtle beach vacations. Multiple pools and hot tubs and only a few steps on beach. Nice quiet area of myrtle but close to everything.
Only critique when you book private rental and not through the resort we didn’t have access to luggage cart ( which wasn’t a big deal) but a little inconvenient. Overall excellent experience!!

The property was very nice! Never had to wait for the elevators and just a short walk to the pool and beach. Location was great access to get to most places. Overall just a great place to stay! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great oceanfront condo on the beach.

We took some of our grandchildren to this location last week for vacation. Overall....we had a wonderful experience. The place is clean, it has FANTASTIC views, it was plenty large enough for all of us (it was a total of 5), plus how you cannot be happy being right on the beach.
There are a couple of small things that I would like to address. First, even though you are a guest of the complex doesn't mean you are part of "the group". When my wife tried to take our grandkids to one of the activities at the resort, she was told they couldn't participate because we had "gray armbands" and weren't part of the apparent owners group. We've stayed at other places including Wydham properties and have never been treated like that, but whatever.
Also, while it was explained in writing that we would be given a "basic supply" of some items, some of the "basics" were a little to be desired. We were not given any soap for the dishwasher. When I went down to the front desk, I was told that because they didn't manage this unit she'd have to ask for managerial approval. Fortunately, we were given 1 pod (which is what I asked for and went to Dollar Tree later). There was a VERY limited amount of toilet paper and paper towels. The expectation is that if you want more....then go buy it.
I get that as an owner or even the management company you're trying to save costs and maximize profits, but clearly there's better ways to do it. It shouldn't fall on the backs of your guest rentals.

Family visited Myrtle beach for Thanksgiving.. stayed in Unit 910!Booking and check in process was very simple! However certain amenities are not available if booking through Luxury like Towel rental at the pool! Other than that very very clean !! We plan to book here again next year !!

We stayed at Island Vista 910 at Myrtle Beach. The location was great. The outside amenities were very nice. The condo was spacious but it does need some updated furniture and a good cleaning. I have stayed in worse however. It smelled clean except for the shower in the Master bath....we immediately noticed it smelled like sewer coming up through the shower drain. I had to spray it with Lysol every day and airfreshner in the bathroom and also ran the fan 24 hrs a day. The shower door had black mold!!!! Other than that the baseboards needed the dust washed off.

Vacation Labor Day 2021
Rental agency and rental unit were great. Unit was great. All amenities were as described. Island Vista is a perfect and quiet oceanfront location. Pools, restaurant, kids pool activities are awesome. This is our 2nd stay and we will be back.

The unit was decent overall, but I feel like it needs some maintenance and owner pride. There were broken doors (closet and Master), non-working fan/hair dryers and marked up walls in this unit. The pool area was enjoyable, restaurant had a good breakfast and the happy hour drinks were tasty as well.

The unit was spacious. It included a lot of extras like beach chairs, dish soap & hand soap in the kitchen. The building staff was super nice & friendly. Everytime we went to the lazy river it was off. Even so the indoor pool area was nice. If Flintstones had an indoor pool, this is what it'd be. We really enjoyed out trip. The building is in an ideal location. The parking garage was tight & made me nervous in a minivan. People with big pickup trucks got to park in the loading zone. We learned that not every unit has access to luggage carts. So, be prepared for several trips to unload & re-load. I did love that there was no check-in or out process. The cleaning ladies were at our door around 9:30, and they didn't rush us at all. They were very pleasant. The only bad things (1) the 2 BRs are on the hall side with no exterior windows they were super dark & (2) a lot of other people/guests in the building refused to wear masks, and the staff never asked or reminded them. My guess is the staff was so hospitable they probably don't like saying no.
