The AC in every room works really good. There is a lot of space even for 6 people. The apartment has kitchen with full equipment. The owner accepted that i was going after check in time and waited for me

One bed is not really comfortable to sleep in. The owner knows a little English so it's a bit hard to communicate by phone call but if you talk with him in person he will understand you and show whole apartment

3 isolated rooms, which was a perfect fir fir us - a group of colleagues!! quite close to the oldtown, easy to find parking, but be careful, I think it was a blue zone!

kitchen had some shortages - no knifes for eating, no cap for a frying pan (which actually was quite old was burning the food all the time!!

It was quite big but really strange with 2 front doors.

SQUALOR | грязный I have never been to so dirty apartment. It was horrible. In one of the bedrooms there was no heating so the owner was kind to being is a heating devise. In general it was cold. Airconditions couldn‘t handle the space. The kitchend was a disaster and in the oven there were forgotten cooking trays for months I bet.

Only the localization

The owner didn't speak and didn't understood english at all, it was an russian guy. The apartament is old and it wasn't clean. Very old linen and towels with a specific smell. My little daughter had a very bad spider bîte, an awfull experience.

The apartment is really big, with 2 bedrooms and additional room with sofa bed. It is also convenient for 4-5 people as the are 2 bathrooms with showers.

It was a bit dusty.

The property is beautiful, the furniture is very beautiful and it is very warm and welcoming on arrival.

sadly after is being at the property for 24 hours we informed the owner that the boiler was leaking and there was no hot water, we sadly got no response,I had to communicate and try and get answers from booking.com who were very very supportive. sadly the host of this property doesn’t care that I had 4 children with me and didn’t care to quickly respond and refund some compensation and or return my messages about having no hot water, on my last day when I should of been celebrating my daughters 13th birthday the host requested I stay on all day to wait for a new boiler to be fitted? to then arrive , take pictures despite me sending them many pictures and videos and say no wait another two hours! this was 5pm in the evening, our last day in Varna wasted. whilst this apartment looks amazing the hosts are terrible with very little compassion or care, quick to take your money but disregard any issues that you may have with the property also. They will also request a 100 lev security deposit from you which I’m really sad to say this was not offered to me after having no hot water or a way to shower in the last 48 hours of our stay.
