I love the location of the hotel.❤️ The room is so clean.⭐ The staff are so approachable.😉

The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Check-in was confusing. The AC in our room didn’t work and the man working the front desk wasn’t very helpful. Took a long time to get a new room after asking many times.

The room was horrible. B06 is very old, very dirty and very humid. It smelled terrible and there were creepy cavities in the room and wires coming out of the wall. A horrible experience - I immediately left and just bailed to the closest hotel. I found 3 Google reviews, each a week apart, that said B06 was a horrible room and 2 responses from the hotel saying that they would stop the use of that room. Clearly they did not because 1 week later I was placed in that room

The beds where horrible , 2 mattresses in a tiny room they would slide appart constantly and you would fall in-between the gap. The shower was dirty We found pubes on the sink We found old socks under the floor Mold in the corners and dust everywhere Cleaning is just not well will not come back even if they payed me The staff is never present , there is a strong tabacco smell in the lobby There is no window and the breakfast included in the price never got delivered. Worst hotel in taipei I've ever been to

It was rather noisy. Heard a lot of noise from neighboring rooms.
