L emplacement idéal tout près du centre ville ,mais un peu à l écart ( 500m) donc moins bruyant.l hôtel compte plusieurs bâtiments agencés autour de la piscine, il y a de beaux arbres et des grands et petits bonsaïs dans le jardin. ce qui donne du cachet. Lits très confortables, matelas fermes et très larges .Les WC et sdb sont séparés et assez grands Le personnel est absolument adorable , discret, ,prévenant et efficace, et la patronne est venue en personne nous demander si tout allait bien A recommander ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Location was perfect, close to the old town, the staff were so welcoming and friendly and went the extra mile to make sure everyone was happy, the hotel was beautiful. Breakfasts provided everything you could want, bread was amazing, banana pancakes were fabulous! The tailor next door- ‘Tan Tan’ is owned and run by the hotel, communication was easy and the women’s shirts I had made were just what I’d asked for, I can’t say enough good things about Little Town Villa.

The hosts of the hotel were so nice and accommodating. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very nice. I especially loved the selection of fresh fruits!

The family is very nice, breakfast okay, nothing was missing.

We had the room on the ground floor right by the pool. When we went into the room, we were met by an unpleasant odour. The room was full of mosquitoes and the fridge was full of leftover food. It felt like the bed had been made once, but nothing more. We pointed this out but apart from one short wipe and not a complete wipe. The mould on the walls and the smell were hell. The room was totally damp and dirty. The simplest things were not clean. In addition, there were families with noisy children from 5.30 in the morning. The family room is directly over there. It's at least a 15-20 minute walk from the actual action. The most basic things were not provided. An exorbitant price for Vietnam!

Très joli hôtel bien placé. Délicieux petit déjeuner, toasts etc. pour ceux qui préfèrent les western breakfast, mais ce que j'ai beaucoup aimé ce sont leurs délicieuses spécialités locales. Parfait pour tester. L'équipe est d'excellents conseils pour les visites et pour éviter les arnaques.

Delicious varied breakfasts catering to all tastes. The banana pancakes were delicious. Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful pool. Nice rooms. Walking distance to the old town.

Fantastic small hotel. Room was luxurious and bed was very comfortable. But the staff was what set it apart. Beautiful people who were so helpful. A special mention for Anh who was so lovely and helpful with tips on what to do and where to eat. She made us feel like family.

That we didn’t stay longer

Everything! This is the most gorgeous wee villa and the best accomodation of our trip. We had the most amazing stay here in Hoi An. The owners and staff are absolutely lovely and so accomodating! We had a very early flight and the owner cooked us breakfast and had hot coffee ready to take on the road. The pool was just beautiful and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great and the free bikes were awesome to go down to the beach or into the town. We would 100% recommend Little Town Villa so anyone staying in Hoi An and would love to stay again in the future.

Nothing - everything was amazing!

All the staff were lovely. In particular Thuy and Ahn. We were made to feel like family and they went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. The hotel owner was also lovely, she even gifted us on departure, which is a beautiful and very appreciated gesture .The team of staff are very small and we’re mostly all lovely. The rooms were beautiful and way above the standard of what we paid. Breakfast was good there were both western and plenty of Vietnamese options, but the fruit selection in the morning was always fresh and plentiful. The staff always ask if you want anything special cooked for breakfast and went out of their way to order us yummy pho for breakfast (they don’t usually have this on the menu. The pool is actually bigger than what we expected and was made great use of during the hot Hoi An summer heat . Overall excellent value for money

There wasn’t a lot to fault about this hotel. If I have to be picky, it was probably further away from market then we imagined. But it was extremely hot when we were there,and we aren’t game enough for motorcycles, so it may have felt further away then it was . Vihn (I think that’s his name , the only male front concierge) can work on his customer service skills. He could see we were checking out and lots of suitcases, given we had to walk down three flights of stairs, he could have at least offered to assist. He’s probably the worst concierge I’ve dealt with in my time in Vietnam . But he wasn’t enough to ruin my stay. I still had a wonderful time Look into tours (prices, and itinerary) before booking with him.

This accomodation is very unassuming from the street but such an oasis once you walk in! The staff were incredibly attentive and the room and the facilities were all excellent. A highlight on our trip so far.

I liked everything about this property. The rooms are excellent, the pool is fantastic, the staff really are amazing and the location is nice & central but away from the madness. Be sure to make use of the complimentary bikes & just ride everywhere. This was easily our favourite stay in Vietnam.

It’s really hard to fault anything but, in the interest of honesty & constructive feedback, the coffee at breakfast is awful. I only drank it because i needed the hit.

This was a real find! Such a gorgeous small hotel in the middle of Hoi An. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. A huge bathroom/ wet room. A fantastic location to walk into the buzz of Hoi An centre. The breakfasts were brilliant a real mix of traditional and continental foods. The staff were so lovely and incredibly helpful! The pool was just stunningly done.

It was a little hot in the room and the AC wouldn’t go down any lower that set. I’m sure that could have been seen to though!

The pool and the well rounded breakfast. The hot spring rolls are the best I’ve had in the whole country. Very calm and beautiful place

We were greeted with help getting our luggage from the van, a complimentary nice cold drink and the hosts had the room and keys ready.

The staff were lovely,the hotel was clean, the bed was comfy, the location was close enough to Hoi An to walk but not so close to be noisy. The free bikes were great to cycle to the beach. We loved it!

Nothing,except that the fridge didn't get very cold in the room but oh well. We changed flights and stayed an extra two days, no regrets.

the breakfast could use a serious update. the food is not great variety and it is all just left out on plates without any covers on so there were a lot of flies around it. very off putting and a easy fix so it shouldn’t really have been an issue to begin with. but other than that a nice stay

Cannot recommend little town villa enough! The place is absolutely stunning. The staff were very attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They’re helpful at organising and recommending places to see, and so friendly around the villa. Really nice variety of buffet breakfast. The location is perfect, not too busy and just a short walk or bike ride into the town. Thankyou so much for a lovely stay, we definitely recommend!

Great breakfast and super pool, which in warm weather you really appreciate

The staff were very friendly, they let us check in early and arranged for our transport the following day. The hotel was charming and the swimming pool was large. The breakfast was delicious, and there were bikes for free for guests, which was a nice surprise.
