Pool although small, was amazing ! The hotel looks exactly as beautiful like the pictures !

Wifi was down for a while, but it went back, so it's all goods !

Pas de nettoyage dans les chambres, pas de changement de serviettes durant 7nuits ,la 📺 ne fonctionne pas, et le petit déjeuner qui ne change jamais du beurre artificiel et de la confiture café et thé.

Quand on arrive on a l'impression d'un très joli hôtel, propre, mais au fur et à mesure qu'on le découvre on déchante un peu . Pour le prix très attractif il ne faut pas être trop exigeant. . La plage est à 10 minutes à pied. Super resto pas loin le Fat Chow. Un petit conseil pour les taxis qui vous sautent dessus quand vous arrivez à l'aéroport. Je croyais avoir fait une affaire en payant 250 000 RPS soit 15€. (Ils me demandaient 450 000 RPS ). Pour repartir nous avons pris un taxi "bluebird" . Nous avons payé 63000 rps. Télécharger l'appli. Vraiment super.

Salle de bain vieillotte, ampoule au dessus du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas. Interrupteur pour la salle de bain fonctionnait une fois sur 4. Les draps étaient douteux. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits nous n'avons jamais vu une femme ( où homme) de ménage. Sans oublier le triste petit déjeuner servi. C'est vraiment dommage de ne pas entretenir cet hôtel. Tous ces désagréments pourraient être évités.

The location is fantastic, the staff are friendly, the pool is beautiful, and the Gardens, rooms are reasonably clean. Value for money.

A piscina é o jardim estavam magníficos.

As casas de banho cheiravam mal a televisão não tinha recepção de canais e porta e armário da casa nunca devem de ter sido limpos porque está tudo cheio de calcário. O armário da casa de banho por dentro estava uma desgraça. O que vale é que foi só por uma noite. Pequeno almoço é para esquecer, o café não vale nada mais de rest só pão a manteiga só de um sítio de onde todos tiram . As chávenas, pratos e talheres uma falta de lavagem como deve de ser acho que só escorrem a loiça por água e notasse que está tudo a ficar castanho. É barato sim mas se gostam de higiene e limpeza fujam.

It's close to the beach and the Kuta city centre. Personnel here is helpful and kind. Online communication was very smooth, they helped us with getting a taxi for the airport in the morning and they also provided us with a nice breakfast to go since we were leaving the hotel at 6 am. These are the only 2 reasons why we're giving this hotel 5 and not a zero (1).

Except for the location and the staff who tried to do their best (if we close both of our eyes.it was a tragedy! Pool water is yellow not clean at all. The beach is close, but it's not the nicest one in Bali to be honest. The rooms need a proper cleaning!!!!!!!!! And the bathroom needs a complete reconstruction! I've never seen something so horrible in a hotel before! It was like a nightmare. We stayed one night, but if we were to stay longer we would run away from this place. My towel had brown spots (big ones!) when we asked the reception for new clean towels we were told that the towels are clean and the dirt is unfortunately washed-in. I don't even have words for that! What do you mean by that?!?! That's the basic of any hotel! A clean towel!!! We got new towels and they were again DIRTY!!! WE FOUND RUBBISH UNDER THE SINK. THE SHOWER IS JUST DISGUSTING! THE TOILET SEAT WAS LIKE FROM SOME RECONSTRUCTION SITE! And after you flush the while room smells like a drain. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! RUN! DON'T BOOK! IT WILL ONLY RUIN YOUR VACATION!!!

Since COVID, the bathrooms are a bit run down, and could be cleaned better.
