No tenia minibar ni nevera ni maquina de café ni tampoco champú.
Al hacer el checkin tuve que rellenar de uno en uno los datos de todos los huéspedes, cuando de normal se hacen fotocopias de los Dnis
Muy lento el checkin y un poco antipática la de recepción
Desayuno no incluido y valia 16chf adulto y 8chf los niños… un abuso. No te dicen que abajo hay un bar donde poderte tomar un café a cualquier hora.

Väldigt bra läge om man ska besöka Zermatt. Järnvägsstationen ligger precis utanför hotellet. Rent fräscht och prisvärt hotell. Parkering fanns i ett garage under hotellet. Fin frukostbuffé.
Vi åt på hotellets restaurang på kvällen. Kan inte rekommendera den då maten var väldigt dyr och inte alls motsvarade våra förväntningar. Obekväm bäddsoffa i familjerummet.

De locatie is uitmuntend, vlak bij de shuttle naar Zermatt. De kamer is erg ruim met een mooie badkamer en een ruim balkon.
Er is een prima eigen parkeergarage onder het hotel met een lift, geen geschouw met bagage.
Al met al een geriefelijk verblijf gehad.
Een klein ijskastje in de kamer zou erg welkom zijn. En misschien een koffiezetapparaat.
Verder was het restaurant van het hotel, jammer genoeg, een teleurstelling. Op maandag en dinsdag gesloten, bij ons bezoek op woensdag duidelijk opstartproblemen. Niet erg lekker gegeten voor veel geld.
Gelukkig zijn er (niet overdreven veel) alternatieven voor het restaurant in het dorpje.

Die Zimmerfenster gingen zum Bahnhof aus, jede halbe Stunde hat man den Zug gehört.

It is conveniently located, just right next to Täsch station. Dinner at restaurant is excellent

We liked our stay very much. Clean, spacious and comfortable room, friendly staff and very good breakfast.
Dinner in restaurant had also great service with good food.
The was only one issue, bathroom door could not be closed, but was very quick resolved.

Breakfast was good, Parking is under the hotel and very convenient to go with all luggage to your room.

The room was very hot and difficult to sleep in even though it wasn’t hot outside at night time.
The toilet seat had completely come off, the shower would only stay in a complete side way position when in the shower head, so could only be hand held.
What completely ruined the stay for us was the extremely rude breakfast lady! First day we got to the breakfast at 9:40, breakfast finishes at 10:00. She just shock her head angrily when she saw us and was being very moody. Spraying disinfectant spray all around us and banging plates around. At 9:57 when I went to get some water she shouted at me that the buffee is finished and that I have to stay at my table. The family next to us also said that she was being super rude. I’ve never experienced such rudeness at any hotel! The reception staff were pretty rude as well! The old part of the hotel is really smelly and horrible and looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 70’s! Would not recommend!
