Staff where really welcoming even though it was late at night, the room was ready made up and perfect

The only redeeming feature of this hotel is location. It is a three minute walk from Terminal 3

This is a soulless property. The interior is without style. Our junior suite reminded me of a hospital ward. The extra bed was a fold out lumpy sleeper-chair. The food, including breakfast, was disgraceful. The hotel did not honor the price quoted on Booking.com (claiming that local taxes had increased).

El personal de restaurante fatal, me maltrataron y me hicieron pararme de una mesa y terminé cenando en el hotel de enfrente. Fatal, una muy pésima experiencia.

The hotel is very close to airport, there is the free shuttle train to airport, just 1 minute walking distance from hotel to train station. The room is spacious and clean, the layout is very good. And the price is a very fair price

Its close location to terminal 3 . There was a prompt response to an issue with the shower / hot water .

There was no information that I could find on how to contact reception when needing to report the shower issue . I had to report in person to reception. I also had issues with the television

The hotel is located nearby the Roissy airport and there's supermarket at Roissypole where food and drinks could be bought. The Paris style breakfast is good and breakfast is available starting at half past of five o'clock in mornings.

駅(ターミナル3)から徒歩5分ほどで、アクセスが非常に良かったです。また、ビュッフェ式の朝食は、パン類、フルーツ、チーズ、生ハム、ヨーグルトなどなど、どれもとても美味しかったです。特におすすめはフルーツヨーグルトとクロワッサンです。飲み物類も充実していて、コーヒー、紅茶、フルーツジュース、牛乳、アップルジュースなどがありました。

1つはホテルのWi-Fiです。時間帯によっては全く繋がらないときがあり、その間はインターネットを一切使うことができませんでした。もしかしたら、私が滞在したときだけ運悪く繋がらなかったのかもしれませんが、改善していただきたいです。 2つ目は客室内の清掃及び修繕状況です。バスタブ付きの部屋を利用したのですが、浴槽に目立つ傷があったり、排水溝の掃除ができていなかったりと、少し残念でした。また、部屋の壁も結構傷んでいたので、写真の印象とは全く異なりました。

The whole hotel was super hot and we couldn’t adjust the air. The drains in the bathroom were super slow

Difficile d’évaluer un hôtel dans le contexte actuel avec la moitié des services réduits à sa plus simple expression. Remercions cependant le fait que cet hôtel soit resté ouvert pour nous accueillir Sa proximité des différents terminaux est aussi un point très positif

A bit weird finding your way to your apartment and the breakfast was pretty basic.

The accommodation was well located next the airport. The rooms were basic but for an overnight stay were comfortable and did the job. A breakfast with plenty of options was also provided

Maybe needed more staff on check in during busy times.

Perfect location for easy access to early flight. Clean, friendly staff, good rooms at fair price. Decent breakfast that started early as well!

設備が必要最小限に抑えられている点。特に冷蔵庫がない点は不便。

Perfect location for access to airport. A 2 minute walk from the Terminal 2 airport train line. Great directions provided from the Hotel beforehand which made the Hotel easy to find. Clean room. Nice, simple restaurant on site which is open until late. This was very handy when we checked in as was availability of breakfast before leaving the next morning.

Television in the room did not work (would not turn on) and shower alternated between very hot and very cold. Poor air conditioner; we could not manage to get it working during our stay.

I liked the location next to CDG.

The twin sofa beds in the suites. The mattress was too soft.
