To be honest there was nothing we liked at all
The price for the tiny room was just not worth it , please if you are looking room for a family of 3, please do not book this room at all... The image is being captured in wide angle on the website. And the room is very tiny... If u see it in real! No space to move around inside the room. Made a big mistake of booking it online, and paying them Rs.16,000 for 4 days! When asked we would like to leave next day, they refused to give the money back! The towels were spotty, duvet dirty, toilet was not that clean either! Location 10mins by car to the metro cinema. My husband was so frustrated to see the room, he was shocked that I been charged Rs.16000 for the box room! We moved out from there next morning and managed to get a room for Rs.3000 for 3 days at sapna hotel! Room was very wide and so was the bathroom!

This should not be in booking.com portal. Quite bad for travelers like us.
Check in, staff, facilities. They did not even have a telephone in the room. Looks like a side joint. Not my standard.

At least the bathroom was clean and the bath water was hot.
The room was too small. We asked them for a basic thing like hot water for drinking and they had to be reminded 3 times. For such a high price, we really didn't get the worth of our money plus when we stayed a few hours extra, they made us pay full extra day's charges.

The room were of size of rat hole. And wifi was not on continuous. The lights of the room were very dim.

Just the location. Nothing else is good about this hotel.
The room is in a poor shape and I was surprised the AC was still working (although I doubt the AC was ever cleaned). Bed sheets were smelly. Extremely tiny room. Only accepted cash.

Not much. I had a very shocking experience at this place. The reception man, Zyad, obviously disliked that I was a lone woman traveling, probably a discriminatory bias, and did everything to make my check-in process horrible and stressful. Next, the credit cards machine was not working, so I had to find ways to make a bank transfer (that didn't work either, not sure why) as I didn't want to pay for so many nights in cash. When I had to leave and intended, as Genius 3 to of course find a way to pay, he threatened to sequester me in the premises until I paid. Very traumatizing and should not have happened via booking.com

Not at all value for money. No dental and shaving kit. Congested room, AC remote non functional. Main door lock wasn't working.
