The location was ideal for exploring the Peak District and surrounding area. The cottage was very comfortable with a nice pub in the village.
We didnt have and dishes that were suitable for the microwave but that didn't spoil out stay.

Beautiful cottage and the owners Rachel and Andy were very helpful. The duvet was a bit too warm for us and Rachel provided us with two alternatives which we could choose from.
It is unfortunately situated on a busy road, especially on weekdays between 8-9am.

Lovely weekend get away, all facilities clean and comfortable, more than enough things in the property to do at night time or a few local pubs with good food and drink.

Lovely stylish accommodation in a great location near to Matlock and Bakewell. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio eating breakfast and watching the cows in the nearby fields. The hosts had kindly left us some welcome gifts and had prepared a useful pack of information on the local area
The accommodation was comfortable and in a very attractive area but it was situated next to a very busy road

The property is a lovely conversion and the scenery opposite is lovely.
The water runs dirty in the bathroom so couldn’t put the baby in the bath.
WiFi doesn’t work.
Property is on a main road which is national speed limit and a lot of people race down it so it is very loud.

This is a beautiful barn conversion in a very scenic location. The Bobbin was very clean and well equipped. Great stay.

The cottage was clean, cosy and well decorated, and its location was ideal for sightseeing. The hosts kindly left a welcome basket containing things such as wine and chocolates, which we felt was a lovely touch.
The road was quite noisy which we didn’t mind too much, however I can imagine in the summer this would have been more of an issue especially if you are eating outside.
Some of the groceries that we bought went off in the fridge; I don’t know whether this was due to the underfloor heating or the oven being right beside it.
