Food choices in the menu were not updated. Kitchen closes by 7 which is dinner time. House rules in paper and online not matching and not updated. Every staffs mentioning different rules. No wifi, electric power shut off many times at night and refrigerator didnt work that destroyed our food

The room wasn't clean,, very noisy AC, everything was on chinese, and made for chines coustumers. The food was not very good, and there was no alternatives nearby. It should be a dive resort, but they did not have any tours. We checked out after one night.

The staff are not very knowlegeable. The service in the restaurant not very good. The pool wasn't as clean as it should be. There are very limited food options around the property.

Overall experience was exceptional. From our arrival, we we greeted properly. The place was generally clean and the amenities are ample. It was a perfect place to relax and to just soak all of the activities we had before coming to this place. We will definitely come back.

There were no untoward incidents. Everything was rather perfect. We should've stayed a day longer.

what you see is what you get. staffs are very accommodating. we booked the family room and it was so spacious.

The aircon was not sufficient for the size of the room, it was set to 16C and the room was still hot. Unable to use restaurant/pool facilities for the first evening due to an event being hosted by the venue. We were unaware of this limitation prior to booking nor were we informed about this as the check-in date was approaching. Breakfast took over 40 minutes to be delivered even though we were the only guests in the restaurant. Furthermore, most of the breakfast menu items were either not available or had replacements. The room is advertised with soundproofing but this couldn't be further from the truth - we could hear cars driving past, guests talking in their rooms in addition to other ambient noises. Finally, the resort advertises a beach front but there is no such thing as this resort - it is simply a wall overlooking the sea.
