Facilitity and location was great. Facility is modern and very clean. Free airport shuttle was a bonus.

Cost of coffee beverages were outrageous. No refill on coffee and ended up costing $20 for two people for coffee than actual breakfast meal.

I only stayed for 1 night for a layover between flights but have enjoyed it very much. The staff was the nicest and most welcoming (even thought I arrived super late at night) and the facilities were great, with lots of space and super clean.

This hotel is very good for travellers arriving at night and do not want to take a taxi to Nairobi town. The hotel is within the airport-area and there is a very good complimentary shuttle. It is also good as a stay before a flight as one is assured of speedy access to the departure area and no risk to be caught up in a traffic jam. The breakfast is absolutely excellent.

It would not be fair to complain about anything because all is excellent. But it can be mentioned that for travellers not needing the vicinity of the airport there are cheaper high class alternatives in Nairobi.

Free and very short transfer to the airport. Room and food great. Rooftop bar overlooking national park (though you will need binoculars to see animals).

The client manager was excellent. She was most keen to apologize for the poor performance of the pool attendant who was late opening the pool. Everything else about the hotel - the facilities, the food, the free bus to the airport, was great.

of course the pool attendant's tardiness lets the hotel down. Apparently he had been doing that all week. I recommend he is dismissed or at least severely reprimanded.

The location was convenient. Check in was fairly efficient. Shuttle was easy to find. Bed was comfortable.

There were no snacks at all in the room, not even a single biscuit to go with a cup of tea. This seemed rather mean for $192 per night. When the aircon was turned off the 'drain' smell in the bathroom was noticeable.

We had trouble turning off all the lights to go to sleep. Guest next door left his TV blaring most of the night so maybe an issue with soundproofing?

So clean. Staff were amazing. So friendly. Polite. Helpful. And room was fantastic.

The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They helped a lot with things that we needed to get done. The food was amazing as well (more on this in the parts that were a bit out if place) Overall it was a great experience! Mr. Wamoto is doing a stellar job!

There was some strange sequence of events regarding dinner on the first day. So the booked room was with both Breakfast and Dinner for 2 nights. On the first day, after Dinner, a bill had to be signed. The bill was 7000 KES. That was a bit odd as the room number was given and it wasn't explained. After asking around it seems like it was cleared up. On the next day Breakfast was 0 KES and the Dinner as well was 0 KES. On the last day Breakfast was 0 KES again. So all good in the end, but the situation was just a bit strange.

The shuttle to the airport was super convenient.

Small detail, the pool space could be reorganized. In the afternoon only a few chairs have sun, the rest is in the shade.

Das Hotel ist sauber und gut klimatisiert. Es hat eine 24h-Kaffeebar. Zudem fahren stündlich Shuttles vom und zum Flughafen. Wir haben vorher unsere Ankunftszeit angegeben und wurden direkt am Ankunftsgate abgeholt.

Das Hotel liegt in einem Flughafen nahen Industriegebiet mit ständiger An- und Abfahrt von LKWs. Allerdings haben wir bei geschlossenen Fenster nichts mehr davon gehört.

The person who welcomed me at the airport was simply fantastic, her warmth made a fantastic first impression for the hotel. The shuttle was also a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean.

There was construction work going on at the hotel at 2pm. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and along with the noise from the works, it was simply impossible to sleep or rest.

Perfect location as within airport and transfer shuttle to departure only 5 minutes drive
