I like the entire unit. Accommodation is exceptional, very satisfying experience. Sa uulitin 😊😊

I like the landscaping all over sanremo, the nice swimming pools and the beautiful palm trees. The staffs were nice.

The location, its hard to find a rides, the guards don’t have a telephone to access all the staff/host/owner, the guards when i arrived was lack of information, the outside of the sanremo is very dirty, garbages in the outside, there should be a cleaner to maintain keeping clean the outside the fence surroundings like plastic garbage everyday.

I like the surroundings. It is very much conducive for people who wants tranquility and quietness. There was a scheduled maintenance on the electrical connections during our stay but that was understandable. The host wanted to accommodate our requests as much as possible.

The space is cozy

We had to wait for almost 1 hr to be able to checkin. Perhaps improve their system so guest checkin are smooth.

- we had to message the property all the time, when they could've just gave us instructions. point is- we have to coordinate with them first for us to know the answer. i think as their customer, it is inconvenient to be texting/calling them everytime we need something instead of just telling us

-staff is not accommodating. -we have to coordinate with them first for us to get the answer to our questions, such as keys/card to the property. and when we were about to use the pool, the guard stopped us as we don't have an Amenities Booking Code, when in the first place, this should have been provided by the host/staff ahead of time to avoid any inconvenience. And u know what happened? we dialed the staff's number again and all of us were stucked first as guard won't allow us to use the pool unless we already have the code. --Cleanliness? 7/10. -room 6114, there's a leftover rice when we arrived - anyway thanks, its charged for experience

I didn't like anything.

The units are old and no maintenance. No proper beddings and blankets. Too far from the descriptions. The place has no available stores, difficult access to almost everything.
