We booked a night at the Quest Hotel as a last-minute option after our original travel plans fell through. Although the room was slightly smaller than where we had stayed before, it was perfectly adequate for our needs, with a well-positioned TV which you could easily view from lying down in bed. The desk was conveniently arranged and came with all the essentials, including a tea/coffee station and a kettle. The air conditioning worked well and included a remote for easy control. The morning view from our window was stunning, and we captured some great photos. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, and everything was clean and well-presented. The staff at both check-in and check-out were attentive and accommodating, helping with our luggage and even bringing it up to our room. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. This location isn't very far from House of Lechon. You should go there for some excellent Lechon, it's about a 5 minute walk, try to arrive before 5pm or they run out. Included some photos of the food from there served on banana leaves. Also included breakfast at the Quest hotel.

Always a great breakfast. Check in was good at hotel but they need to focus on improving the pre registration email they send prior to your stay, hard to navigate and complete. Room is good, two beds are a bit small if 2 adults are in one bed and child is in the other.

The coffee kettle set up is strange. All plug outlets in the room accommodate 2 or 3 prong plugs except the one designated for the kettle. Strangely it is a 2 prong European style plug with a 3 prong USA style outlet. Why???? So simple to fix that. Second the cable is very lacking if you choose to watch TV. They should consider adding premium sports and movie channels from the provider.

Relatively big property with loads of amenities.

The room was in poor condition, with not working and leaking air conditioning. Even if we had a baby, they gave us a room with a very poor condition and state.

Great stay, staff were very friendly and helpful!! Driver Mark was great, took us on an inland tour through the mountains. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed being able to walk most places nearby!

Mainly the location as it’s close to everything. Staff were very friendly and hospitable.

In spa services could have been better if the hotel has its own spa room. Before pandemic coffee cups and glasses were changed everyday but now were told to wash it ourselves. No teaspoons, hand towels and face washers. It’s minor stuff but its still important. Otherwise a good stay.

Where I stay in 16th floor the hallway are very unpleasant smell! The walls needed painting or remodel this my 3rd time I stayed the first time it was. Very impressive, knowing after the pandemic I was expecting that hotel are cleaned! Not happy this time. The staff are very friendly😆😆

The amenities are great. As well as the location.

When we are about to checkout, we called the reception for the assistance on our luggages ,however, we waited for long and nobody came. I have to go down and ask somoneone to do so. Second, for their small bar. Someone knocked and checked our small bar and directly saying we took 2 beer and pringles. He did not ask politely if we took something, we were shocked from his approached. And directly told him we did not touch anything on the bar as we know the prices are sometimes double from the supermarket.

I booked three rooms at this hotel, and the staff at the restaurant won't allow me to charge my bill to the room because I did not place a deposit. In the very first place, they did not ask for a deposit but they have a copy of my credit card.

the staff especially those at the front desk ( Nathan?.sori skipped his name just now) and concierge(Joshua) at our time of arrival around 1:00 IN THE MORNING were efficient, helpful and courteous. Pleasant too! - it helped us "cool down" from the bad experience with our scheduled airport shuttle!

We had breakfast in the hotel, it was unpleasant to see that some guests were allowed in the restaurant in their PAJAMAS And SLIPPERS :=(

Location is very convenient, adjacent to Ayala Mall. Staffs are very helpful and accommodating.

Smaller room compare to others. Small toilet and bathroom. Make up room is very slow and late and someday none at all. No coffee provided inside the room (just bags of tea) or maybe just forgot to put during the duration of my stay?

it was near everything and there was parking. the buffet was a good spread also. just too many people and a lot of them were coughing.

we had a problem with our AC. it was dripping water. we called for engineering to fix it. they came but when we returned to the room, a few minutes later it was dripping again. we were out the whole day while they were fixing. when we came back our room was not even made up by housekeeping.
