The check in was smooth and friendly, the member of staff was great. The room was nice and clean, good facilities, comfy bed. Location was fine for us.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but I think this is standard in the States. Europe knows how to do breakfast, America needs to get away from waffles and cereal. So, this is not really a fair reflection of the hotel.

There was a dirty fork in the dishwasher and someone Starbucks cup was left on the counter. Didn’t make me feel super clean. The wifi wasn’t free. I didn’t want to sign up for rewards, so I had no wifi.

The staff was very accommodating with finding rooms next to each other. The rooms were clean and nicely prepared. The pool and gym were great! The location is also great and near a decent amount of stuff.

All of the breakfast was gone an hour before it ended, and nothing was replenished. If you are traveling with babies or toddlers, be warned they only have one highchair and one crib for the rooms. They also charged us more than what we were told on booking.com when we booked.

The power outlets on the night stand didn't work. I called reception about 3:30 PM and was told the maintenance man had left for the day. The receptionist arrived about 15 minutes later to tell me that she contact the maintenance man and he said that Hilton knows all about this problem. It was happening in all of their properties and that Hilton had not responded to him with a solution. Shame on Hilton and this property for not offering to move us to a fully functioning room.

Well set up!

The room was clean and spacious. It was nice to have a small refrigerator that was big enough to hold a case of water and other food items plus a freezer for ice packs for our waters that we packed daily. The breakfast was yummy and plentiful, though we did wish it was available until 10:00am through the week as well, as we were on vacation and didn’t always leave the room early. The location was convenient to the interstate and most of the major local tourist venues. The property was quiet and there was plenty of parking.

Unfortunately, bed was uncomfortable and we both woke every morning with low back pain. The pillows are flat and too floppy and offer little head and neck support.

This hotel exceeded our expectations for a weekend trip. Not only was the room comfortable, it was clean and had everything our family needed. The kitchenette was such a bonus for needing utensils, fridge, etc. The pool was great for my kids. The biggest surprise was the amazing free breakfast- waffle station, some sort of eggs, cereal, oatmeal, biscuits/gravy, bagels, toast, potatoes, yogurt, juices, etc. :) Loved the 24 hour water and coffee/tea station as well. Would definitely stay again!

we had until 12 to check out. housekeeping came in twice before 11. we knew we had to leave by 12 but this was a first housekeeping tried coming in unannounced staying at a hotel. inconsiderate we could have been getting dressed.

Maybe my expectations were too high.. The hotel is fine. Very standard. Nice and welcoming staff. Nice pool and training facilities. Complimentary coffee and tea during all day.

Breakfast was poor with not many options. The food isn't good, and with lots of sugar. The room is not very big. For family of 5 it was a bit crowded.

long curly black hair in the bed (I’m blonde) and when requested clean sheets, they just handed them to me. Channel changer didn’t work. hair in the shower from pervious guest.

Breakfast was good. It could have been better if the menu was slightly different from day to day. When staying a full week eating the same thing got old. But overall taste was good!

The hotel and staff was excellent. I rebooked and look forward to doing it again.

Location was perfect for the event we ware attending. The common areas and room, are spacious, modern and well designed, and we had everything we needed in the room, including bathroom. kitchen and plenty of storage space.

Music in the valet area could be heard in the room, early morning. The breakfast was just OK, there are a few things that could be improved like better juices, fruit and breads. Exercise room was ok but lacked some of the important massage equipment items.
