Very conveniently located near the airport. Staff was friendly and efficient. Layout was a bit odd with the private bathroom not attached to the bedroom but it was okay. Room was warm with no fan, but not unbearable.

The room could use a fan. The windows weren't fully functioning.

The room was large, tidy and quiet (upper floor). The bathroom was nice. The staff was fine. We had an early flight so didn't have breakfast, but from previous stays, the breakfast has been good.

I don't think there was a screen on the window.

Muy cómodas las camas, espaciosa habitación, la ducha con agua caliente y buena presión de agua, el staff es extremadamente amable, 4 minutos caminando al aeropuerto, desayuno delicioso y servido desde temprano (6.30). Excelente balance precio - calidad

Ci siamo affidati alla struttura, sin da prima dell'arrivo, per lo spostamento a Panajackel. Arrivati la sera ci viene confermato che era tutto ok. Ebbene, la mattina, ci siamo dovurti svegliare alle 6 per il trasferimento che sarebbe dovuto avvenire alle 7, ed invece non è arrivato nessuno. Ci hanno poi trovato un posto alle 10, ma, con nostro stupore non era diretto ma ci ha lasciati ad un distributore ad Antigua, senza sapere quando sarebbe arrivato l'altro bus che ci avrebbe dovuto portare a destinazione. Inammissibile.

La ubicación, puede uno llegar e ir al aeropuerto caminando y se ahorran el taxi promedio 70 qts por viaje.

Que no tenía aire o ventilador. Estaba haciendo mucho calor.

Limpieza, zona muy accesible. Personal muy amable

As mentioned by others, the hotel is literally 5 minutes walk away. If you are a backpacker without 10 suitcases, there is really no need to get a cab (they also overcharge like crazy for such a short distance). The hotel is guarded, kept clean and overall nice looking. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great, the complementary breakfast was tasty and filling.

The only 2 downsides for me were: - the room that I got had no real window, neither it had an AC so there was no airflow inside, the air got hot and stuffy easily. - hotel’s location is great for an easy access to the airport but if you stay a bit longer, be informed that there are no restaurants in the area (. maybe only the Subway at the airport?). However, you can buy some snacks from the hotel reception.

Excelente servicio, amabilidad, limpieza y confort 10 de 10. Recomendado! ☺️
